Arch Apothecary

I started going to Arch Apothecary the first year that they opened. It was originally one store founded in Rockford, Illinois. They sold luxury high end makeup and had facial waxing and makeup applications offered. As the years went, the Rockford Arch moved to a new location and then started offering more services, like blowouts, facials and lash lifts, just to name a few. I have enjoyed all of these services, and more! And I have become accustomed to having my weekly blowouts, with Sidnee.

Sidnee, at the Rockford Arch, is a rockstar when it comes to washing, drying and styling my hair. And now, she is also cutting hair at Arch. I had my first hair cut at Arch and Sidnee did a fabulous job!

Sidnee also gives great and relaxing facials, facial waxing, lash lifts, eye brow and lash tinting, make up applications and more. She is friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

All of the ladies at Arch kind and talented. I definitely recommend checking Arch out, to pamper yourself.

Sidnee and Madisyn did hair and makeup for my wedding and we were so happy with the results! They were both easy to work with and made all my girls feel beautiful and like themselves! And Sidnee was so helpful during my trials! I would choose Arch over and over!

Andrea has been doing my brows for the last couple years and she does a FANTASTIC job!! I love that she takes her time and makes sure they are looking perfect before leaving that chair! The salon is so darn cute so I just love going in there and taking some time to pamper myself! She also is amazing at facials! Definitely recommend!!

I’ve had waxing done with Devin and she’s super sweet and attentive. I have sensitive skin and I’ve had issues in the past with eyebrow waxing, however with Devin I did not have a skin flare or sensitivity! She does other things than waxing, so book ur appointments with her if you want phenomenal service!

From the moment I walked in, Devin made me feel comfortable and at ease. She took the time to listen to my concerns and asked thoughtful questions to understand my skincare needs. She then tailored the appointment to address my specific concerns, and I could feel the difference in my skin immediately after.

I used Arch for my engagement photos makeup and my wedding day hair and makeup. On both occasions Julie did my makeup and it was flawless! I could not have asked for a better and more personable makeup artist. On my wedding day Brinley did my hair and executed my hair vision perfectly!
Anna, whom we scheduled all the wedding services through, was also the BEST to work with. Very easy to communicate with and very organized. Highly recommend Arch for your wedding hair and makeup services!

Arch Apothecary is my absolute favorite! Not only is it an incredibly luxe experience, but the girls that work there are amazing! The environment is welcoming and friendly, and I always feel at home when I am in there. All of the girls that work there are the absolute best, and its just all around such a great experience when you are there!!!

I have seen Andrea for a lash tint and lift several times and she does an amazing job! They always turn out beautiful and I would highly recommend seeing her if you want a beautiful, natural result. She has also given me advice on what products to purchase and I end up falling in love with each one! I can’t wait to try other services soon, thanks Arch Apothecary and Andrea!

My bridal party and I used ARCH for hair and makeup on my wedding day. Our wedding was postponed twice due to the pandemic and they were professional, courteous, and flexible when it came to rescheduling. Everyone I communicated with leading up was helpful and enthusiastic.The hair/makeup trial went well, although on the day of the wedding I requested some deviations from the trial which both artists executed perfectly. All of the artists were a joy to work with and made the day feel special. If your wedding is at The Standard, you’d be seriously mistaken to not use ARCH. They’re located through the lobby of the venue so you never have to go outside which was amazing on our rainy wedding day and allowed the girls not getting worked on to just enjoy the bridal suite instead of waiting around. Thank you ARCH!

What sets Devin apart is her knowledge of skincare and her ability to communicate that knowledge to her clients. She explained each step of the facial and the products she was using, making sure I understood the benefits of each. She also provided recommendations for at-home skincare and didn't try to push any particular products on me.

Received a facial from Julie today and it was amazing, so relaxing! She explained everything she was doing throughout the process and made some recommendations about products I could add to my routine. Also sent me home with a free sample which was so nice. Definitely would recommend getting one from her if you’re in need of some relaxation and rejuvenation

I had a wonderful experience with Hayley at Arch Apothecary yesterday. She did my hair and makeup for my engagement photos and I left feeling beautiful and confident . I have also had my brows done at Arch by Andrea and plan on returning again for the same. Overall great atmosphere and staff, can't wait to have my bridal hair and makeup done here!

I always get my brows done with Devin B and she does such an amazing job EVERY time! I always walk out of here satisfied! Not to mention her facials are amazing!

I had my eyelashes tinted and lifted by a new talent McKenna and I am OBSESSED! It was as if she has been doing this for years! They turned out amazing not to mention she is so sweet and professional. I will definitely be returning to her for more services. If you’re reading these reviews trying to decide who to book with definitely ask for McKenna!

Andrea did an AMAZING job on my lash tint and lift. I have never had anything done to my eyelashes before and she was so good about telling me what she was doing step by step. Everyone is so friendly from the moment you walk in!

Great place! I got my eyebrows tinted, and it was my first time. I’m a ginger so my eyebrows are blonde and thin which makes them difficult to fill in. The girl who did mine was very thorough, and they turned out fantastic! I will definitely be back.
Also, their shop is absolutely beautiful with amazing decor!

Love this place! Haley is amazing. She does my brows and lash lift. Betsy has also done my lashes and she is wonderful as well. I'm so glad I found Arch and I would recommend them to everyone. If you haven't been here yet you need to stop by. The atmosphere is warm and friendly and you will be made to feel right at home.

LOVE this place! Andrea is soft spoken and is so careful when waxing my brows. I've found the place that will do my brows forever, unless I move out of state. This place is seriously amazing. Some people may find that they're pricey, but I'll pay what I need to for self care.
