The woman who answers the phone is rude. Ive been calling on behalf of my boyfriend who’s incarcerated, theres no need to speak to me like im a criminal. Theres a way you say things and her delivery was all wrong. Times are already hard, theres no need to make a simple phone conversation a problem too. You must be very miserable to have to talk to people like that, what a pathetic lifestyle. Your getting paid to pick up that phone, so act like it. Clearly you have never been through something like this before, so you must want a cookie or something because you definitely feel exceptional. Next time I call let me know if you want an oreo or chips ahoy.
