The Agent was truly fantastic! I explained my son recently purchased a car and we really needed affordable coverage for both his and my vehicle. She was really wonderful by insuring she acquired applicable coverage within our budget. She was courteous, informative, and professional. She treated me like she cared.

I’m thankful for the sense of urgency that helped me fix a problem that I was not happy with. Jennifer reached out to me and helped take care of the issue I was having and I feel my problem was solved. Thank you for going above and beyond to take care of a customer. It’s good to see that in today’s age people are still willing to take care of their customers.

My agent Jennifer did a great job finding me the lowest rate and even gave me her cell phone number to ensure that if I didn’t find a lower price I could still get ahold of her to get the deal offered. She even took my call after hours to get my payment through to make sure I was able to pick up my car from the lot with no issues. Definitely a 10/10 would recommend.

I have now had the pleasure of dealing with Dan and the staff at Insurance King for a little over a year. They have always been professional and responsive. An added bonus is that they are also a sponsor in NASCAR in both top series NASCAR CUP and Xfinity with driver Josh Bilicki. The awesome part of that relationship is that they also send out Hero Cards to there fans which are great quality. I have to personally say that Insurance King is a great value.
