Excellent service! From my monthly medical appointments of pregnancy to the day of my delivery everything was good, I thank all the staff of Obgyn and endocrinology Dr. Ansar (Nutritional Diabetes Management and Management of Gestational Diabetes) as well as Dr. J. Plett because at every step of my high-risk pregnancy he was with me and listened to me, all the staff of outpatient and hospitalization nurses who were from December 4-7 a respectful, professional and friendly treatment (and we also appreciate the greeting card they sent us), I also congratulate the pediatricians who took care of my baby and who were concerned about giving him the best attention and follow-up. Without this great human chain, my baby wouldn’t be in my hands now. God bless you all!

Around 2018, I was a patient of dr Stewart, and he was negligent with me to say the least. (I got a letter in the mail probably a year or so after this incident from OSF letting me know that essentially, OSF has cut ties with Dr Stewart, I can only imagine what other issues arose with other of his patients) I switched over to Dr. Plett immediately then because I needed a leep procedure and consequently a colposcopy. Dr. Plett did those procedures for me in 2018. Today, after putting off an exam for a few years, I went back to Dr. Plett. She is very thorough, asked me many times if there was anything specific I wanted to address, and she was very quick with my exam also. I highly recommend her.

Edit/update: in 2018, Dr Plett removed some HPV cells, and as of this AM, the results from my last exam show that I am negative for HPV. Like I said, she is very thorough, she made sure she got everything!

Dr. Stewart took care of me during both of my pregnancies. He helped me to understand what was going on during the different stages in each pregnancy, and addressed any concerns that I had. When I had to go to the hospital for an issue during my first pregnancy, Dr. Stewart was the one who cared for me. He delivered one of my children, and checked up on us in the hospital during the second pregnancy when he was not the doctor who was assigned to us. I was very happy with the care that we received, and I would definitely recommend Dr. Stewart.

Even though I moved to Chicago 2 years ago, I still cannot part with this fantastic group and Dr. Stewart (my 2nd child was born there and yes, I traveled an hour and a half each way for 9 months and am doing it for my 3rd now!). They are professional, courteous and remember people. I feel at home here. The drive is not easy, but worth it, and believe me, I've tried many doctors closer to me and none compare. I'm very happy with everything here and am sorry to hear people have had bad experiences. I would always try something yourself before deciding based on reviews....make your own decision. This is mine and I hope it helps. :-)

I have went to this facility for about 6 years. I've seen the majority of the Drs (all except the new one) and have been impressed with them all. Dr Alqara, NP Chris Savage, now retired Dr Hollman have all been wonderful during a very complicated past few years of trying to get pregnant, infertility issues, and high risk pregnancies. Chris referred me when I needed specialists and even called me after hours to follow up. Her care and expertise allowed me not to waste precious time and go straight to the best specialist. Dr Hollman had knowledge and experience that couldn't be ignored. Dr Alqara delivered both my babies and avoided complicated deliveries with both. He made skillful and cautious decisions which ended up being only precautions mostly but the care and attentiveness gave me peace of mind and kept my babies and I safe!

Dr. Cozianu is super great! I had seen a series of specialist about this abdominal pain I had and no one could figure it out until I went to her. She took care of me and was very intelligent and caring!!

Nice receptionists I am always looking forward to my prenatal visits. I am so happy we chose Dr. Alcara he is easy going and makes me feel comfortable.

I have been going here since I was a teenager for GYN care, and have been going here for all 4 of my babies starting back in 2013. 4 stars cause I’ve had some hiccups with some staff in the past but I love majority of the staff here. Dr. Randeree is THE GO TO! She’s so funny to be around and you feel like you’re getting quality care. Dr. Scott was my absolute fave but haven’t worked here in awhile.

It’s really disgusting the way some of the providers here treat patients. I’ve been going here for years and I try to keep all my providers in one network but my last visit was enough. The providers can’t get past their own personal prejudices to provide care.

So far I’ve dealt with inaccuracies in reporting on my progress notes and health records. Last minute appointment cancellations. Disrespectful comments about family issues and the list goes on.

A person should not leave your clinic crying. When someone seeks medical help because they’re concerned about their body you should treat them with respect. Vulnerability should be meet with understanding and compassion not a blatant attitude wether it’s caused by personal or profession related reasons. Regardless, you as doctor have an obligation to treat your patients with kindness. Be better, do better.

I had a very small amount of bleeding so I called the clinic, they told me they were going to call me to get me in ASAP, two days passed and no one called, I ended up loosing the baby 5 days after the bleeding started. Worst clinic after they moved. Never going back there

I basically got turned away. I was checking in and while giving them my new insurance card the lady at the front desk turned to the other one sitting behind her who had a major attitude rudely said that they didn't accept my insurance. I asked well does that mean I wont get seen today. Then she said not unless you want to pay out of pocket and turned around. I REALLY needed this appointment what a huge disappointment and a waste of time. They could have told me that to begin with. So much for serving with the greatest care and love.

Gave my WIFE a STD exam without her knowledge. All because she mentioned that we met online. We are married right? So that means through thick and thin, through sickness and in health. Till death due us part. OSF being a Catholic hospital should have respected our marriage. I say this because when I called to find out what the extra charge was for. They answered saying "because of how you guys met" and saying "your wife might not trust you". To say the least I am upset. Only positive side to this is I'm glad we found out how this group works before planning our offspring. For the health of our future babies, my wife and our family as a whole. Money doesn't mean anything to me compared to our health. I will pay you and you will never make a penny from me or my loved ones again!
