Burch Dental - Loves Park (Forest Hills)

Everyone here took great care of me! Excellent communication, I feel like I have a good idea of my dental health needs and the plan going forward. They make going to the dentist less of a dreaded chore, and I'm glad that I picked them!

They have had to schedule me a long ways out (they are in high demand), but twice now, they've been able to reschedule me very quickly when there is an opening. I arrived for a filling 15-20 minutes early, and they got me in and done by the time my appointment was supposed to have been scheduled!

Switched to Burch Dental after my daughter did the same. My experience so far has been great. The staff explains everything clearly and are super helpful. I also was able to get in pretty quickly and they have several early slots that have helped me with my crazy schedule as well. I went to the office on Forest Hills and recommend them for sure.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. It was the best experience I have ever had. I had to leave my dentist of 30 years when I retired because of change in my insurance and followed my husband to the dentist he used. Been there 7 years and it has been getting worse and worse every time I went I swore I would not go back. The last time I went, I left their office and drove right here. I don’t know why I waited so long. Clean, modern,with the latest equipment. Thank you for caring about your patients. And the staff loves what they do.

I can honestly say this has been the best dentist I have ever been to before. I, like most people am terrified of the dentist. They talked me through every step and explained everything throughly. I’m so pleased to have found such a wonderful dentist!

From walking in to the office till walking out the atmosphere and caring of the staff was beyond amazing! They make you feel welcomed and really listen to you and just make you feel so much better. The whole experience was perfect. After having a horrendous experience at another dental office I was beyond nervous going in but as soon as I walked in the door the nerves were gone instantly. The entire staff was beyond wonderful. Burch dental has a lifetime patient with me. Thank you to the staff who truly go above and beyond in patient care!

Best dentist experience I’ve ever had. Went in after years of not making it to a dentist and left with my 6 month cleaning appointment scheduled and will be calling to schedule appointments for my husband and child because I am confident Burch Dental will make them feel just as comfortable and relaxed as they did me.

Had a tooth that was bothering me the whole weekend. Tried everything everywhere. Called Burch Dental Monday morning and buy 10:00 am my problem was resolved. Everybody was extremely nice and gave great explanations of what was going to happen. I couldn't be happier with the service. Thanks again

My only experience is with the Loves Park Office. I started there in 2023 and love it. Great Group of people. My wife’s been going for years. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Dr. Jacob Cassaro is the best.

All of the staff was super sweet! I was really nervous after not going to the dentist for a while, but they were so nice and understanding that I was able to easily relax (or as much as you can when people are digging around your mouth! Haha) anyway, they're all gems, especially Sofia and the blonde front desk girl!

Everyone was extremely nice to work with. Erica was a very friendly hygienist. I am a very nervous Dental patient but she made my visit very comfortable.

Very friendly and staff is amazing. They do exactly what they say they will do. Great locations as well. Promotes a sense of ease when you get to the chair.

Awesome place! The dentist and assistant worked so well together. Making my son feel so special and distracted him from the work he was having done (fillings). Highly recommend this place!!!

My previous dentist retired, so I set out to find a new dental office supported by my insurance. Burch Dental was definitely the right choice. Their office is inviting and comfortable. Their staff was thorough and light hearted. It was like walking into office of all Friends. They used updated equipment and set great expectations for the entire visit. I would highly recommend anyone visit the loves park office if they are looking for a pleasant dental experience :)

It was great! Teeth nice and clean. Person cleaning my teeth was professional and attentive. Got to meet LeAnn. She was super sweet, but professional. I will continue coming there.

New patient process is very quick and simple! Staff is very friendly and detail oriented. Would highly recommend to anybody looking for a dental office that wants the best care and service!!

Burch Dental has AMAZING staff!!! I'm always greater with a smile from the office staff! The dental hygienists treat me with the utmost care and explain all of what they are doing and why it is being done. The dentist is GREAT.....he also explains everything that he is doing or needs to do. I highly recommend Burch Dental for anyone of ALL ages!!!!!!
