It's difficult to find parking

I jus want to say that this entire winnebago county case was a dangerous very dangerous close call. This case had absolutely nothing to do with an order of protection or the need for one. Instead the truth is that this case was a desprate last resort attempt to fraud the Rockford housing authority with a fraudulently obtained judges signed court order that would prove custody.. I'm still in SHOCK and maybe even a lil traumatized at what the "honorable" judge Bruscato allowed to happen here... and I kno beyond a shadow of doubt tht this court nor Bruscato still doesn't fully understand the level of danger tht it placed my son in on june 11 2020. I read the original transcripts from the june 11 2020 date and even though there were MAJOR questions addressed to the petitioner buy Bruscato tht were avoided and some questions were even left unanswered completely, on tht day an order was still blindly entered buy Bruscato for my 2 year old son to be taken from his home. I jus thank God tht my local authorities were able to detect deception and instead of just going along with it the way Bruscato did, my local authorities did what was right and didnt just allow my son to basically be kidnapped from the ONLY HOME he has ever known. I seen the word accountability on the wall in the court room but on the very first day even after lies and deception were detected in this case accountability was and is still exactly what is missing. Theres a reason why the state removed not 1 not 2 but 3 separate children from the petitioners custody theres a reason why DCFS didnt allow the petitioner to take custody of my new born son there was a reason that a cook county judge determined that residing with the petitioner , wouldnt be in the best intrest of the child , yet the petitioner was still able to casually stroll into Bruscatos court room in winnebago county and get a judges signed court order to remove a child and no one in winnebago county even second guessed, or thought twice about it. As I stated before this case was a dangerous VERY dangerous close call and this court still dosent FULLY understand the level of danger that it basically threw my son in. Id like to finish buy saying that i am deeply worried and concerned about the next child who could possibly be thrown into harms way due to the rushed, or as in this case bad judgment, that comes along with these so called speedy trials.

Over all the ladies there are nice but they need update certain things for instance last week I went to the clerk's office to vote like I've done early for the past 4 years now they're telling me last week and I can't vote there anymore cuz I live in Rockford and not Winnebago County which makes no sense begs the question what uses are you couple months ago another incident occurred I had to get a document for my car accident I was told over the phone buy one of their clerks that I can get my document from them only to waste my time and they tell me no we don't do that the bags of question what good is this building what good does the clerk's office do

Rude. I called to ask a question and the lady just hung up. The court house just like the rest of Winnebago county is absolutely trash.

Absolutely terrible trying to get anyone to answer the phone, return a call, answer a question, or do anything.

Answers questions with “I don’t knows” instead of “let me find out for you” . 👎
