Park City Dental

I love the staff and Dr. Patel, they see 10 of my kids plus 1 grandchild. I have never had trouble with any of the staff. My kids have been patients of Park City Dental in Rockford since 2015. Not sure why people are writing bad about this office. They are great with kids and always keep me happy. I know they are pretty busy but they try to get you in if they have any openings.

Have taken both my grandchildren here for some time now, always professional and efficient and we never have a long wait, the dentist and dental assistants are great as are the receptionists! They only thing is, my grandson had so much anxiety and is a husky boy, they had a hard time holding him down to fix his cavity. So he has to be referred out. But today both of my gkids did great! They went in alone and didn’t cry once! I’m so happy for and with them!

I always have a good experience coming here since they opened years ago. All the staff are so kid friendly and make my son feel happy whenever he comes.

Called to confirm time was treated with disrespect. Called back to talk to someone who was in charge was once again disrespect. I will not be disrespect. It is not needed Because they r located in health department does not been they have a right to talk down to me!

My experience was excellent I got denture and everyone say who did yours so I dnt know wht other went through but mines was good

Went to go get my sisters teeth pulled. We asked them if they received the referral from orthodontist so we can schedule. We end up scheduling with this place for them to have her “clean” her teeth. Which we could’ve did at home. It’s fine if you didn’t receive the referral, it was just upsetting that they didn’t call us to let us know that they didn’t receive anything so we didn’t have to drive almost 1 hour away from home. No communication was passed on.

So hard to make an appointment. Never had an issue with staff but to call them goodluck. Left 4 voicemails and never received a call back. Might just have to change dentist. That’s really sad.

No one ever answers the phone, no one ever calls back if you leave a voicemail. I've been leaving voicemails for months with no call back. Finally got someone to answer and they referred me to another facility as they didn't have any openings for 8+ months. The other facility said they need a referral from Park City so I called Park City back to have them send the referral. Park City said they would call me back and let me know it was sent. Not only did I not get a call back but they never sent the referral to the other facility. Do not recommend.

I’m highly disappointed in them. My oldest has been going there since one and she’s 7! My youngest had her first appointment we were late but one was at 11:00 and one was at 11:30. Time mix up, but the rude receptionist said they couldn’t be seen! Why couldn’t one be seen if the other one already missed hers not it was still only 11:20!! My kids will not return and they also double booked us from start! Then was rude when I called back after the voicemail I had. Highly don’t recommend!!!!
