Don’t risk it! I just moved into town. Took a pair of my husbands suit pants (dropped hamburger in his lap) in to Loves Park Dr Cleaners to be cleaned and pressed. I picked them up yesterday and they were thrown over the hanger (no exageration). The stains are still there, they are not pressed and the hems are shredding. They claim the fabric isn’t pressable! What? It took me all of 5 minutes to get a beautiful leg press, and this $400 suit was pressed beautifully after being altered. Also, the pants smell like Tide, like they were washed and not dry cleaned. After I make sure they didn’t shrink and the fabric still matches his suit coat I’m going to need a recommendation for a REAL dry cleaners that cares about the quality and service they provide customers. This one does not!

Went today to drop off my husbands work clothes, (dress pants & shirts), stood at counter for almost 6 minutes. Rang the bell twice. NO ONE came to counter.
There was a maroon wallet and. Phone on the table. Obviously someone was there, but I got ZERO help. Won’t ever be back.
