If you want a haircut experience, and not just a haircut, come and see this crew. Quincy and Phil are great with their customer rapport and not to mention their barber skills. I had a hot shave and my buddy had a haircut and a beard trim. The service was thorough, professional, and high quality. The products they use are top notch and the attention to detail is great. The barbershop is easily accessible and they keep it clean and tidy. The work stations are organized and clean. Don't hesitate to stop in for a shave or a haircut.

I've been to five different barbers in Rockford and they have ranged from ok to terrible. I tried Downtown and was really satisfied with my cut from Frankie. She listened to what I wanted and cut my hair accordingly. She asked me if my cut was the way I wanted before continuing on. I've been there 3x and never a bad cut. Also, everyone in there is friendly. I give them 5 stars.

Family owned business with barbers who take pride in their work. I’ve only had Phil due to availability but all three would do a great job. I went back to Phil after getting to my car to get my sides shorter and he happily helped me out. Definitely recommend!

I've only had my hair cut here done by Quincy, but she does an amazing job at executing exactly what I asked for and maintaining a polite and professional demeanor through out. Great atmosphere. Phil has been my barber for some time, at his old North Park barbershop. Ever since I got out of the Marines. Phil is the only guy I trust to give me that great feeling military fade. He's great! You wont regret going here!

I am from out of town and was looking for a barbershop that was able to trim beards and did well with fades. I found that with this shop. Dave did a fantastic job with my fade and beard trim. First impressions of the shop were that it is in a nice part of downtown and appears to be a staple of that area. The inside of the shop was very clean and the barbers were all friendly and highly professional. This shop provides a old time barbershop feel with a modern twist. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience there, and will definitely come back to this shop the next time I am in this area. I highly recommend this shop to those looking for a fantastic cut at an affordable price.

$25 for a good fade and friendly staff, it seems like a good deal. They even used a hit towel, it's a great location.
