SkyView At Rockford

Great food, great hospitality. Much better service than expected for a simple airport bar & restaurant. Mixed drinks are expensive, but made-to-order food is in line with what food should cost elsewhere.

Our delay was made easy with the bartender in the airport, thanks.

There is a snack store inside of here as well as the restaurant food and bar. The way they go about things is kind of confusing, but you order food at the snack store register, get a buzzer, and pick it up when your food is ready. There’s like a 3% fee for cards as well. I thought the food was okay

It's Rockford. High-priced vending, however overall Rockford has done a great job of transforming a not so great airport to a hub for greatness

Renovation going on. It should be nice when it is done.

Nice place for a small airport. Unfortunately, no football is allowed on the TVs. It's Sunday, a 2 hour delay and they refuse to change the channel to watch the NFL.

My wife asked for a mule which normally come in copper cups and it did but (Mary) the bartender asked for a passport and held it behind the bar as collateral for the cup. When I asked for my wife’s passport back Mary refused with no explanation. When I asked if it was for the cup she said yes so I asked for a plastic cup for her drink and she handed back the passport. Our personal information should never be held hostage, a “$20 cup” as she said is not worth my wife’s passport laying on the back bar for any time period ever. Can’t really raise a stink in an airport because I’m afraid to get kicked out but this experience was horrible. I love Rockford and love the people, Mary made me just fly Ohare and take the drive. Also is this illegal? Long story short don’t order a drink in a copper cup if you like to keep your passport on your person.

Doors wide open, no staff. Have watched easily 60 people walk through. Sunday November 28, 2021. Amazing

No seating, slow service, overpriced and bartender is incredibly rude. But when it’s your only option I guess they figure customer service isn't a priority.
