Front desk people are caring and compassionate and show plenty of pure kindness as long as you are kind to them. You must remember to give respect in order to receive it back. They bust their butts and work so hard to service Winnebago and the surrounding area. I appreciate ALL the staff for everything they do. Thank you for being such great people to my family.

Great staff

Only gripe is the front desk lady seemed unfocused. Everyone there was kind and helpful.

Staff was incredibly rude. Staed no appointments until mid March?!? Staff says take it or leave it. When I asked her to take my statement and forward it up management, she hung up on me.

It is currently the day before my appointment with a nurse practitioner there- two weeks after scheduling. The earliest they could see me. I received a phone call at 10am saying that this particular nurse was leaving this clinic and that I need to reschedule my appointment. I hope this nurse just found out today that she was leaving, or that the person answering the phones is more pro-active with letting other patients know they won’t be seen for their future appointments scheduled with this nurse. After finally getting called back at 4:53pm (they close at 5:00pm) to reschedule my appointment, it was revealed to me that they don’t take my insurance. Thanks for the waste of time. It really makes me doubt the entire medical system.

If I could give negative number I would! Office staff highly offensive! Not helpful Hangs up on patients!

I'd give 0 stars if that was an option. Staff was extremely rude and said to stop "coddling" sick son.
