From my initial inquiry to a completed roof in only 10 days, only half a day for complete tear off and install, and very fair pricing, everything was so simple on our end. Warner helped me get my roof replaced after a tree fell on it. They did a good job and worked with me on the price. They also worked with my insurance. They got me in quick as the roof had a hole in it from a tree

When we discovered a leak in our kitchen, Donell was out to our house that same night to take a look. He was thorough and explained all of our options to us. He was diligent about keeping in contact, sticking to a schedule, and answering all the questions I had. He came to the house and worked alongside the adjustor to document the damage and was quick to get a date set to replace our roof.

Warner Roofing did my roof in 2015 and I've never had 1 roof leak or any problems. Very easy to deal with, helped me through the insurance process, showed up on time, cleaned up all nails which was important to me since I have dogs. Overall, very pleased with the entire experience. Would recommend.

They tore off and replaced a 14,000 square foot flat roof for us. Even with heavy rains midway through the project, we never had a leak. Two years later and still haven't had any problems. Grounds were clean throughout the project. Highly recommend these guys.

Been dealing with Warner for a few years now. 3 weather related roofs in 5 years. Yesterday the project was completed. New roof, new siding, all new windows, gutters. My house looks the BEST in the neighborhood thanks to Warner! This company is GREAT. Todd is one of a kind guy to deal with and would recommend this company to anybody that needs their services. This is a very professional company. They are very considerate and very good at communicating with the homeowner. I had my whole roof restructured and new plywood and roof for $14000. It was all put back together up to local codes. He even did additional work at no extra charge. Todd was a wonderful communicator throughout the whole process. We had the work done with in a week and I have not been more pleased. I would recommend them to everyone. They were recommended to me by a friend of mine who also had their roof done by this company. Nothing but excellent workmanship and compliments. I had many estimates from other companies ranging from $37000 which was outrageous because they did not want to do the work; down to $12000 which was going to be work not to code and inadequate work. GO WITH THI COMPANY!!! They are HONEST and FAIR.

I highly recommend Warner Roofing! My 100+ year old house was in desperate shape after hail storms. Warner fixed my leaky roof and installed new siding and gutters. The workmanship is amazing! All of the crews were knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Jordan worked closely with my insurance company to maximize my claim benefits. Outstanding! First, I had a rental property that I paid another roofer to do that was very shoddy work. I called them back 3 times due to leaks. They were terrible! Within a couple of years we had more leaks and this time it was in the middle of winter. Scott and one of his guys came out on a Saturday morning and shoveled snow off the 2nd story roof to locate the problem and were able to do a temporary repair that solved the problem until they could re-roof in the spring, which they did a wonderful job on. Shortly after, I had them re-roof my home, which had 3 layers of shingles on that needed removal before installing the new roof. These guys were amazing and did meticulous and first class work. After seeing their work, my neighbor also hired them and was super pleased. Thanks, Scott Warner, for your excellent work and care!

I highly recommend Warner Roofing and Restoration. They are honest and deliver quality work. I have used them for my roof 8 years ago, i've had no issues, they did more than I expected and made sure lawn and property were cleaned up. They also helped me quickly over a Thanksgiving weekend with water restoration when my basement flooded from sump pump issue.

Condo association needed 31 buildings re-roofed due to weather-related damages. Warner helped us through the insurance process, extremely patient with us and ins. co. Averaged one building completed per day. All crews very professional. Cleaned up work site daily. So accommodating to our needs. Overall excellent job. Highly recommend!

Very professional company! All work done timely and beautifully. The yard was essentially spotless of debris and nails. after the roof replaced. Jordan was kind enough to come back out after job completed to help with a roof venting problem. Overall highly recommend.

Warner Roofing has always been my go to on my rentals when either hail damage has hit, or when in need of a quick repair. All roofs with hail damage have been paid for with no real cost to myself or company. The 50 year warranty is fantastic and I know Warner Roofing will be around for a long time to come.
