I am greatly appreciative of the passion and care Randy puts into his store, each instrument, and his customers needs. He was incredibly patient with my indecisiveness and never-ending questions, just so I would feel 100% confident and satisfied with my purchase. I was able to land on an incredible guitar to call mine in a Taylor 811e series, and only he knows how much went into that purchase!

Randy's service, as well as his employees was incredibly personable, respectful, and genuine - above and beyond!

Went here recently looking to purchase an acoustic guitar. The person who worked with me was very knowledgeable and explained the differences in some of the guitars and suggested a few in my price range. From there they had me try them out and gave me ample time to decide on what I liked. The staff was very attentive and helpful. I will definitely be going back here for my guitar purchases, and guitar setups.

I stopped by their store just to check another area store out in aiding my decision on purchasing a digital piano, we'll they wowed me with knowledge and expertise along with pricing that is what it should be. Thank you Joel and Randee. Look forward to my delivery in two days !

Purchased new baby grand piano from randees in rockford. Great pianos and the owners make sure any mis understandings are resolved. They take care of there customers and employees well.

This is the best music store in the tri-country area. Randee himself is easy to work with and a great owner, and Tim and Isaac, the guitar-side techs, are both knowledgeable and immeasurably friendly. It's a lovely walk-in-and-play store with a clean, polished storefront and the best selection of acoustic guitars for a hundred miles. I can't recommend it enough or say enough good things.

Great store with wonderfully helpful people. Very new to playing guitar but walked in and asked some questions about restringing my guitar and lowering the action and was met with enthusiasm and kind explanations. Felt very welcome there. The work was done very fast and I was really pleased with the result. Even felt comfortable enough there to play a few notes to make sure everything was set up right (as best a newbie can tell). Ear to ear smile when I left the store.

Excellent experience shopping here! First time going in as my daughter expressed an interest in piano lessons so we found ourselves in need of a piano or keyboard. We felt zero pressure as we looked at their large selection and had all our questions answered. We ended up finding something that we were comfortable with in price and were so excited to have it delivered right away. Honestly could not have had a better shopping experience. We look forward to visiting there again!

I have dealt with dozens of music stores over the years and Randee's Music is by far my favorite. Lot's of places offer the same merchandise at decent prices but Randee's people are what make the difference. They are unbelievably accommodating and personable and willing to make things right. I have dealt with them almost exclusively over the last 8 years due to their attention to detail and customer satisfaction. Their prices are always the best as well. Even though I live in South Carolina I still use Randee's Music for literally all my music needs. They blow away their competition in my estimation. Thanks for continued great experiences.

Excellent service, work, and salesmanship. Isaac and Tim , are fantastic. I have one guitar in for work and two more coming in for setup. They have setup my instrument s in the past with excellent workmanship. I highly recommend Randee's.

I go here quite often for (piano) books and sheet music. Every time I'm there, I love spending some time playing the wide variety of acoustic and digital pianos they have. Joel and John have been informative and very helpful with understanding the differences between pianos, how they work, etc.

They have no problem if you play their pianos for awhile. One of the biggest reasons I go here for all my piano needs!

Their prices are always competitive and they have many great deals on books. I've tried comparing their prices to Amazon, eBay, and other online stores but the prices are the same if not lower.

We have been to "Randee's Music" a number of times over the years and have always encountered courteous and knowledgable staff. We have found their prices to be very reasonable and often better than other prices for the same items elsewhere.

In the last two years, we have shopped at "Randee's Music" more often for music books for piano lessons for my son and myself. I have always found a wonderful selection and if they don't have a book we want, they have offered to order it for us. I have also purchased a few of the music oriented gifts that Randee's Music has available and have been pleased with their quality.

We recently purchased a "Clavinova." We had particular delivery needs and the staff was very helpful to accommodate us. Joel and another man delivered our "Clavinova." They were very courteous and took great care in making sure our new instrument was cared for as though it was their own and even set it up for us. John took an afternoon to come out and give a lesson. He was very patient and friendly. We have been grateful for the continued support we have received with our purchase.

Just wanted to say what a great guy Randy is to deal with. I wasn't sure about a purchase and he was willing to work with me and try to figure something out. This is customer service at it's best. If you are local make sure you do business with this guy. He deserves your business and won't pressure you or let you go home with something that you're not satisfied with.

My wife and I have been dealing with Randee's Music store for over 5 years. During that time we have purchased four guitars, two Clavinova pianos, countless music books, and have taken guitar lessons. We have never been dissapointed with any of our transactions. The entire staff bend over backwards to make your experience with them extreemly pleasant. The store is stocked with a large selection of pianos and guitars and the staff are very knowleable on all the equipment and can demonstrate any of them. To be honest though, thats not what keeps us coming back to them. Its their dedication to customer satisfaction that sets them far ahead of their competition. That dedication doesn't stop at their door either. John, the sales person that sold us our pianos, has been out to our house on several occations to help my wife when she was having problems understanding some of the features on her pianos.

Our church purchased two HP LX-17's (Roland's top-of-the-line digital piano) from Randee's Music. The product, delivery, assembly, and after-market support were excellent. Randee's has become our go-to place for all of our musical instrument and audio/sound system needs.
