Computer Repair - Royal Repair

I spilled water on my gaming PC, and took it to UbreakiFix where it sat for 2 months without a diagnosis. Alonso (Royal Repair) looked at it overnight and was back to me within the same week with all of the parts I needed, and how much it was going to cost. With all the new parts it needed, he basically built it from scratch, but saved me from having to buy an entirely new PC. He will work around the parts of your PC that work and is always looking for the best deals on parts to support your price range and gaming needs. Extremely thorough and transparent about the whole process, pricing, and the hows and whys of every tiny detail. I’ve read other reviews that say “extremely knowledgeable” and had to include the same words in mine. This guy knows his stuff and there isn’t a corporation you can go to who will put even close to the same work into their customers. I unfortunately don’t have a before photo of my PC, but I’m including the finished product with all new parts as well as the specs it runs at after being completely nonfunctional before he worked on it.

Five star for sure! Very much satisfied I was all broke up I tryed three other people when I called Alonzo!! Royal repair.. he calmed me down and analyzed my computer he fixed my computer without even having to spend Buku bucks on parts VERY SMART Knowledgeable and an intelligent guy to have Highly recommended!!!

Alonso is the best out here. He works out of his home but he’s very organized, knowledgeable, and professional. He cares about the longevity of his work and follows up. I will go to him for everything! He also dropped my laptop off to me when he finished it! Love love love Royal Repair.

Alonso was amazing!!
My father got scammed by an online data mining company where they were collecting all of his personal data. Alonso came in and scrubbed my father’s PC, and made sure that all malware was removed and made sure they wouldn’t be able to get access.
Can’t say enough good things!

Waited a little over a year to post this review to give an honest review about the longevity of repairs. 5 stars all around, he's your typical I.T. guy with an unsane amount of knowledge and ability to fix your PC. Mine was a pre-built that over heated, I sent it to California for repairs and it came back STILL in non working order.... after being told I need to send it back to California for more repairs, I found Royal Repair, it's been over a year since I had Royal fix my issues and my gaming PC still handles everything I throw at it with ease. If you're worried about giving your precious machine to a repair guy, GIVE IT TO ROYAL REPAIRS. 5 stars, cheap, quick, flawless repairs.

One might say he knows entirely too much information lol, but in this case in all the right ways. Made a house call on short notice and had a problem I butted heads with for two days resolved in just a couple hours and gave me a sound diagnostic with recommendations for improvement on other things in the process. Alonso did an amazing job on making me a custom laptop. He was nice enough to add all the apps I had on my old laptop so I didn't have to worry about downloading them all myself. He was very informative and helpful with this process. I am more than satisfied with my laptop. I would highly recommend his services.

The fact that he runs his operation out of his house may raise a red flag, but don’t let that dissuade you. He really cares about giving excellent service and is very knowledgeable as well as friendly. Will definitely be going again for any future PC related problems or upgrades.

Highly recommend!!!! Alonso did an awesome job! I was having a problem with my PC downloading Windows updates all of a sudden Alonso knew what the issue was right away and was available for me to drop it off immediately. Was very upfront about everything from the beginning, kept in contact the whole time, and had it up and running in a few days. He tested it in front of me and even taught me a few things I never knew! He even went above and beyond and organized all the wires inside the PC with zip ties and labels!!

Built a gaming pc for myself with windows 11 but an update broke everything (ended ip being a bad bios and messed up operating system) called and got help right away with Alonso. Took a little bit but very nice peron and when the pc was fixed everything was good to go and runs better than it did before. Definitely recommend
