The Top Rooftop Bar & Lounge

We were pleasantly surprised by the presentation and taste of the Rooftop Bar and Lounge. I would recommend this place at a time when it is less busy. The service was a little slow and lacking. The drinks were also very good and moderately priced. We will definitely go back when visiting the downtown Rockford area.

We had our first meal of the new year here last night and it was wonderful in every way! Great seating, great food and cocktails and our server Taylor Smith was ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTFUL! Will definitely be back!

You come here for the ambiance. The view. Probably the nicest view of Rockford! Especially at sunset. Wait staff were very friendly. And the place was tidy. Downtown Rockford is quite small. If you’re planning to come here, make sure you make a reservation

What a mighty good time we had Celebrating My Daughter Blessed Day Dinner and Rockford Regional Restaurant Week. The Autumn Tequila Sour was Festive, had a nice buzz from it. Lol. The Pork Belly and The Spicy Thai Drummies was 🔥🔥💯. The private room was nice with a great view and we played music of our choice off the tv. Most definitely a nice VIBE and will be back again.❤KIM

Phenomenal place with an exceptional view of the city. We decided to spend our Valentines here and partake in their Valentines day meal pertaining of Chilean Sea bass and Osso Buco. Let's just say the meal was absolutely delicious and spot on. I had a few Vermont Old fashions and my wife sampled a few different drink specials for the evening. We both left full and planning out return. The only exception to the evening was our less than attentive waiter. We had to go out of our way to get his attention and had to remind him of the wine we were supposed to get as part of out dinners with each course of our meal. Still didn't tarnish the experience we had and we'll definitely return.

Update... We returned based on our previous experience and once again loved the atmosphere and the view. The food and drinks were delicious and decently priced. However, our server proved to be needing help when serving our table of 11. Kept forgetting to put in numerous drinks orders which left many without drinks and then had difficulty at the end when we paid. She's fortunate the gratuity was already added in because she definitely wasn't worth the percentage we paid.

This was our first time. Came to celebrate our son's graduation. Impressed by Ashley and Leigha took care of all our needs. The food was good. I think that overall flavor was worth the stop. The shareable dishes were very filling and definitely easy to share. Be nice, for the price, if there was a little more of the main part and less filler chips. Like with the tuna nachos, a little more everything else and less chips. Great flavor and atmosphere. Would try again.

This is a great new destination downtown. Beautiful views, great drinks and appetizers, and a cool outdoor space above the new Embassy Suites.

The drinks were so good I had the Davis park daiquiri and I completely demolished the tuna nachos and the flatbread with no tomato. 10/10 recommend

Had a great time at the Top! It was very busy and service was great- they told us there may be a wait for service, but we got everything in a pretty timely manner!

Didn't feel like Rockford.

BEST in town, hands down. I'm talking about food, service, gorgeous views and ambiance. Outdoor deck is outstanding (weather permitting). Several amenities like pool, exercise room and golf simulator still waiting to open based on covid rules but meanwhile the whole package is top notch.

I mean…. They have carpaccio on the menu.. drink menu is crazy.. I ❤everything.

I had a little birthday outing here, and I had so much fun. The staff was so sweet and charming, the food and drinks were lovely, and the scenery and view were breathtaking. I am absolutely going to be back very soon.
