I should have backed up my files. empirical installed a new hard drive, it works fine, but I lost my Microsoft office that I paid for when I ordered my computer, I paid good money for Microsoft office. The repair was $258. This is the first time I had a problem. The grouchy older white that used to do the repair did a better job. I don't think the woman doing repairs is as knowledgeable as she thinks she is. I should have just bought a new computer, next time I will. I have changed my review to a 3 star because the owner's reply made me change my mind. I felt like I might turn people away from this repair shop with my stars. The guy who owns and operates this establishment in knowledgeable and professional. I honestly would prefer to use no one else to touch my computer. I like the repair shop, just disappointed that I about my micro soft office. I still could not find the exact version of Microsoft office I had before, so I had to adapt to a new one.
