Mattress Firm Rockford

The return/switch within 120 days policy worked out great for my elderly aunt. More important was the salesman in both the deal and the switch, Scott B., who was great to work with.

Scotti was great. He didn't pressure us into buying a mattress and allowed to look around first then answered our questions. We actually left and checked out another store that we had visited last week, but found that Mattress Firm had the best price. The mattress/box spring and free frame is being delivered Saturday and I hope the quality of service is as great as the in store service was.

I am happy with purchasing from this store. I Settled on a clearance mattress working with Scotti, and appreciate he was not pushy. Did some bargaining to lower cost some and was happy with the deal when leaving. New mattress and pillows have been great so far. Recommend and would return in future.

Mattresses involve many factors to consider and our sales rep guided us along the way to making a wise purchase. Our rep was very knowledge and encouraged us to try as many mattresses as we desired and we didn’t feel rushed in any way. He guided us as we tried each mattress with helpful tips and recommendations on areas of comfort to consider.

Vee was awesome in helping us pick out our mattress. She helped us with different options and didn’t get frustrated when we changed our mind a few times.

Luis was great! Came in told him what we needed. Showed us a few options and we picked what we wanted. Didn’t feel pressured or steered to a certain brand. In and out in 20 minutes or less

We worked with Scottie and Chad and let me tell you!… Saturday got busy but Scottie still made us feel like we were his only customers. We came back Tuesday and Chad helped up finalize our decision and he was so knowledgeable and very upfront and honest which I appreciate in any salesperson. 10/10 recommend the store on e state!

We were met at the door and assisted throughout our shopping experience. Luis was very helpful answering all of our questions and some we didn’t even know we had. He followed up, answering more questions which really enhanced the process. It was a great experience and we never felt pressured to make a purchase.

Vee is a wonderful associate to work with. Although I made the initial trip to the store for my selection (I live 50 miles away) she allowed me to handle all of the correspondence thru texting, arranged my payment for me and arranged the delivery for me. It was very easy and very efficient. I shopped other stores for a week and could not find a better price deal or a more enjoyable person to work with. Highly recommend.

I needed to exchange my matress 2 X and they did the 2nd 1 free of delivery. They waived shipping on the 2nd matress as a 1X only exchange. Happy with all service and delivery!!!! I would recommend this Rockford Store. If you want good service.

Chad was extremely knowledgeable and answered every single question we had in great detail! He took the time to have us try multiple mattresses while explaining the differences. Chad has a great sense of humor and made the process of our purchase enjoyable. He explained financing options and provided us with detailed information on the 120 night sleep trial. Will definitely recommend your store and Chad for any friends and family in the market for a new mattress!

We stopped into Mattress Firm tonight simply to "look" at new mattresses and ended up being so impressed we bought one. Our sleep expert was Scotti and he was extremely knowledgable and helped us choose the right mattress for us. The sales process was amongst one of the smoothest and lowest pressure ones that I've ever experienced when purchasing a higher ticket item. I would highly recommend this company and especially working with Scotti for anyone in Rockford who is in the market for a new mattress.

I needed a mattress and frame TODAY and Scotti showed me what was available and gave me straight up pricing and I was DONE! I had gone to 5 or 6 other stores and got the runaround and double the price. This was the best ever. Thank you!!

there ,knew a lot about the products. No pressure to buy and they keeps a profile in case you come back and when you lay on mattresses they can pull up which ones you like and that's a bonus cuz I would probably forget hahaha. I believe his name was Scotti.

This was one of the best buying experiences we have ever experienced. The two guys that helped us were knowledgeable and very kind. They were not deterred by our budget and gave us the best options and answered all of our questions with respect. We will defiantly be back when we are ready to replace the other mattresses in our home.

Chad was very helpful in helping us decide which mattress would be best for us. He was very patient with Synchrony with the financing. Had a great sense of humor and made us feel very comfortable. We will be purchasing our son a mattress from him in the near future.

If you need a new mattress or any accessories for sleep this is the place to go. Haven't had a good night sleep for a long time. Stopped in and now I sleep very restful. Glad I chose them.
