Awesome to work with. Exceptional service and lower installation and haul away fees than the big box stores. Been in business since 1936 for good reason.

Shop local, pay extra. For the small amount extra paid, I would choose Guler's every time for appliances. Their service and delivery crew are top tier, unlike the big box stores where your new appliance is damaged and neither the store nor the third party delivery company will take responsibility and instead blame each other.

Zach & Josh were wonderful with the delivery of our Refrigerator. They were very nice and answered all of my questions. Excellent service. We will not shop anywhere else. We also love the new location that Guler's is now located at on East State Street, Rockford, IL.

I have to share what a great experience I had with the repair work that was done. We have a GE Cafe refrigerator that the freezer icemaker went bad. We called Guler appliance. Joe was our service tech. He troubleshot everything that could have possibly gone wrong. He came to the conclusion that it was the icemaker itself. They called back to install it. It works phenomenal. Thanks Joe you for your hard work and dedication.

Guler's has so much to offer. They have a great selection and a large showroom. But most of all, they have very knowledgeable people to work with. We worked with Dale, and he was fantastic; but I know all of their people are very helpful and knowledgeable too. Their installation folks are excellent too. They took great care when moving in the appliances and they handled the whole installation very professionally.

A pleasant experience overall. Our salesman, Jim, was helpful and courteous. The delivery team was professional, knowledgeable, and capable. The appliances have been in operation for about one month and are operating nicely.

Working with Guler's is and has been a pleasure. We did a kitchen remodel during Covid and like everything, the appliances were back order! Andy and the Guler's staff kept us update on deliveries. When each of the appliances did arrive they delivered and installed ASAP. The installation was done professionally. We will and do recommend using them for all your appliance needs!

We've gone back to this spot a couple times now. Our stove was delivered and installed and we will be having a washer installed as well. Andy and the sales floor guys have been a good experience to work with.

The range & refrigerator were available in 2 weeks, dishwasher was going to take 3 months for same color. So we went with different color & they ordered a new front to match the others in which that should be less than 2 months compared to over 3 months

Bought a new stove, we were concerned about the delivery time. They assured us that if our unit didn’t get here by promised date, they would bring us a loaner until ours showed up. The unit we ordered was delivered on time and installed. Works perfectly and the delivery and setup guys were very good. Very pleased with Guler. Local owned and super service. Bought a few appliances from them.

First time I did business with them. If you call, they return your call same day. Unlike the big box stores they service what they sell, and if it is user error on a service call and not product error they are respectful and happy to take a few minutes to educate you.. The delivery guys are awesome. Very knowledgeable about the products and helpful if you have questions. The service is outstanding and the prices are in line with the deals from the big box retailers. This is a family owned business and they take pride in their company.

With the big box stores offering appliances, it seems that many of us are quick to buy from them rather than visit and support our local appliance stores. When our refrigerator died a month ago, we found ourselves in that situation. However, after not getting waited on at one store, the other store did wait on us, but we we couldn't get past the idea of calling an 800 number for service. For that reason, we visited Guler Appliance on 7th Street in Rockford on a Saturday.

The prices were comparable, the big difference: in store service department. They handle all service calls on items sold there. So after buying a GE refrigerator, microwave and stove, delivery and installation was set up, and as promised they did what they said they would do. As luck would have it, our washer decided to quit as well. Back to Guler, and within literally 30 minutes, Dale not only remembered our name, but personally took care of it, answered our questions, and set up a delivery and set up time that works for us.

Bottom line is this. While you might be able to save a few dollars at the Big Box store, if you're like me, your time is worth something. I can say that with Guler, I have saved a lot of time and hassle worrying about getting a truck, bringing the appliance in, trying to hook it up, and getting the rental truck back to the store before my 75 minutes is up. And knowing that should any of our new appliances need servicing, they are just a local phone call away!

Guler Appliance was so professional and knowledgeable when we ordered our refrigerator. Good prices! On the day of delivery the experienced installers knew so much about our brand and model. They were so helpful, congenial, and careful about the delivery. Great communication for when they would arrive.

Josh and Zach who installed my new stove and hood today are terrific! Excellent at their jobs and so helpful and pleasant. Gullers is lucky to have them! And, they’d make great sales people- enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely come back to Gullers because of them.

Bought a microwave. Salesperson was very easy to talk to - not high pressure. They beat the big box store prices even for Black Friday. They do the installation themselves, and will service the appliance too. Excellent service.

Fridge was on its way out and I went to Guler. Had a brand new fridge in my kitchen within 10 days. Delivery was right on time and the two deliverymen were very polite and neat. Andy was the salesman and I would do it all over again. See you when I need you!

Owner Dale Johnson worked with us!! He found us a refrigerator that we liked and at a great price!! He's going to deliver it tomorrow!! Very personable and goes the extra mile for his customers!! We'll be back to buy again!!
