Absolutely wonderful clinic to help with your scaled and furry friends. I highly recommend them to anyone with reptiles, they will take care of your babies like their own. All the Atwood center reptiles thank you all for your service and help. 😊❤

We had to take our GS dog Lily to see Dr.Holm and her staff. They were so good to us and our dog. From the receptionist to the vet tech they were all feeling our pain last week when I called about 8 pups who were sick and dying. Unfortunately we lost them, however they went above and beyond for their mama. They helped me save her life. I am beyond grateful for all they did for us. Without their help she probably wouldn't be here with me right now. I would recommend this place to anyone seeking a vet.
PS.. don't be like us. Get the vaccines for your babies. I promise it's worth every penny!!!!!!!!

Brought my cockatiel for a nail trim, and checkup. Everything went very smooth, and Dr Pat was amazing. Very happy with the outcome. We had a 9:30 appointment; it was slow getting in but we were finished by 10:30.

Jr is a farm dog he is 5yrs old and had never been outside the farm. The staff was very patient and made him feel so comfortable. 10/10

The exceptional level of compassion and dedication displayed by the entire staff, especially Dr Holm, was beyond anything I have ever encountered. She went above and beyond to ensure the health and happiness of my precious Poe, and her genuine concern touched me deeply.
During a particularly challenging time, Dr Holm stood by my side when others turned their backs by provided unwavering support, understanding, and expert medical care.
At this place, your pet isn’t just another number. They understand that our pets are family, and they treat them as such.
Not only did they ensure Poe's well-being, but they also took the time to explain each step of the treatment process, patiently answering all of my questions and alleviating any concerns I had.
I can't emphasize enough how grateful I am for the exceptional care provided by them! Their expertise, dedication and passion for what they do are evident in every interaction. They are not just outstanding professionals; they are extraordinary individuals who genuinely care.
I wholeheartedly recommend this place. They have earned my utmost respect, admiration, and trust.

They took excellent care of my hamster! I adopted him from someone who couldn’t take care of him anymore, and the day I picked him up I saw that he wasn’t feeling well. They were able to see him very quickly, and at a much lower cost than I expected. I’m glad to have found a good place for exotic pets without having to drive to Chicago.

Dr. Holm is very caring and knowledgeable. She thinks outside the box to find the perfect treatment and she is honest. Our ferret was dying from a rare disease and Dr. Holm did a lot of research to find the right treatment plan. He is now healthy and full of energy!

Very good with reptiles so far I've noticed they will give an outrageous quote but it is always half of what they say it will be they they are really great there's a few of my rescues they have helped me save in the past few years 😀

We've been bringing our pets here for years. Absolutely wonderful staff. I trust them with my fury family members life's. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very pleased with the care Dr. Holm and her staff provided for my sick hamster Pepper. She did a very thorough exam, took lots of time with us, addressed my concerns, and prescribed antibiotics to give my girl a chance. Hamsters are small and sensitive animals who mask illness like pros. Often when you discover an issue it's to late to treat them. Dr. Holm thank you for caring for my girl!!

The doctor here saw our cat Sunkist for the first time today. The doctor and staff were very knowledgable, friendly and helpful. The clinic itself was clean with modern equipment - and even had it's own lab!!! AAA+++

Dr. Holms and her staff here were amazing with our two 11 week old puppies. I called them because one of the stools was a little concerning to me. They told me that their next appointment would be Monday but she wanted to discuss with the Dr. first to see what she thought I was in hold for a little bit. Then she told me to bring them both in for an exam and to test their stool. As soon as we got there we were greeted and checked in. Then brought back to a room shortly afterwards. They were very accommodating with both pups. They ran the fecal tests and the pups ended up having a parasites. So they told us the prices for the medicines and also the 2nd set of shots so we could decide. The waiting room and patient room was very clean. The staff were super nice and prices were reasonable. I will definitely bring them back along with our 3 year old pup. Thank you Dr. Holms and Staff for caring for our pups and making sure they are healthy!

Auburn Animal Clinic is awesome!! The employees and the vet truly care about each animal that comes to their Clinic. I would recommend this Vet to everyone!! My kitten truly despises being put in her carrier & cries the whole trip there,once inside she becomes the most perfect girl ever!! It's the difference between night & day with her attitude.

They are amazing! My bunny has been a patient here for a while now, and they have been wonderful about getting him in for an emergency, nail trims, and neutering. Their price point is exceptional, too. I have nothing but great things to say about this location.

Let me tell you something briefly about myself...which I believe will give this more weight
I have been an animal lover all my life.
I researched nomadic Lions in East Africa.
I captured and rescued over 100 feral cats.
I have worked for vets in my younger days.
Voracious (my puddy cat queen) a feral cat, raised many litters, she would trust me after birthing them- she would give me her kittens as she transported them, (one by one) from the birthing den to the secondary den. This was while she was still wild, a true, strong , fearless feral cat and mother.

Later I was able to bring her at 7 years old and others into my home.
On February 17th my queen is with God now. She was 18 and half years:
The staff and Veterinarian Dr. Holm, handled her and I with supreme care.
I do not really have the words to express the love and bond I have with Voracious and how thankful I am to Dr. Holm and her staff:

They are Simba's in animal and people care.
Simba is Swahili, not a Disney word. and it means Lion.
Their class, kindness, knowledge, understanding, empathy, wisdom, professionalism; have definitely without ambiguity earned my trust.

I could not be happier with the service and care we've received at Auburn Animal Clinic. They have been nothing more than helpful and kind to our 2 pugs. Their pricing is also very fair and reasonable. We couldn't imagine taking our babies anywhere else!
