I’m from Florida and this is the second time that I have rented with this company and both times I had a fantastic experience with these people the young lady there by the name of Hailey yes absolutely fantastic. There’s also a young man there too that has taken me to the airport from their location also very nice young man. Great place to rent a car.

Great customer service. The lady named Allie was willing to give me her cell if needed if my flight was delayed so that she could come back to the office if needed. Fortunately my flight was on time but I couldn't get a taxi. I called her and she sent a young man named Johnathan to pick me up and bring me to their office. So very helpful!!!

Rented a car from here for the weekend while other places were closed and my car broke down. They really saved my weekend. Was a nice car good price for rental and good customer service

Just rented a mini van from this place and it was awesome! They figured out roughly how much my total was going to be for a mini van for a week driving to FL and back. Van drove smooth, no issues and excellent gas mileage! Even let me leave my car there for the week with NO CHARGE! I use to rent from Enterprise until a friend of mine told me about this place. C-YA Enterprise! I just found my new favorite rental place. Plus it's locally owned and operated.

Rented a SUV from this place, on a crunch time notice of trying to find a rental. Enterprise at the Rockford Airport couldn't do... all because i had no credit card! Not everyone has credit card(s). Everything was excellent with VPAR.👌🏾

Friendly and helpful. Made the move easy, the truck was cleaned, topped off, and ready to go. Uhaul notified me of a toll violation i mistakenly made, saved me from a ton of back charges. Great service, thanks again

Haven't rented yet but after calling all the big corporations where I'm nothing but a $$$ sign... Can't rent a car with your bank card at most the ones that u can use your visa bank card you need utility bills 4 proofs of ID... It's like damn I just want some wheels while on vacation so I can get my wife to see her 95 ur old grandmother whenever she wants along with visting friends... Found value plus and they are happy to accept my only form of payment... Long story short to the hell with big corporations... Shop the small local shops... Can't wait till morning to book my reservation

Rented truck for a one day local move. Representatives were great and I had no issues whatsoever.
