Riverfront Museum Park

Enjoyable place for a stroll along the Rock River! Picturesque views, beautiful art pieces outside of the multiple museum campuses. It's a great place for kids to explore the outdoors on your next visit to Burpee Museum of Natural History along with the Discovery Center. The park is free to enjoy by everyone!

I love this place ! It's so clean for a children's museum. The cleaning lady is the best !!

We had a 9 and an 11 year old with us and were afraid they might be too old for it. But they both had a ball, inside and out. And I'm a senior and really liked the ample places for adults to sit when needed. Also very nice, friendly staff

Do you have kids? Do you love them? Then you should be coming here! Great interactive museum. Multiple floors. Outdoor AND indoor spaces. They seem to try and update at least a couple things every year. A lot of the areas are sponsored by local businesses. Plenty of things going on to wear out any child. Last time we were here, we even did a special "science" presentation in one of the theaters.

Had a lot of fun! There were plenty of helpers keeping everything running smoothly.

To access the park, there is an admission to the museum. Outdoor recreational Park is weather permitting due to safety precautions.

Excellent proactive critical thinking skills were extended the moment l got out of my vehicle. I was greeted at the entrance by staff member's who opened the doors, smiled, and gave a friendly greeting. This ment the word to me, because l have a child who was in a wheelchair. We were instructed to move to the next phase where the staff informed and preformed safety measures. Once we were cleared we received a peraonal tour guide who helped make our experience one of the most enjoyable visits ever.

My kids love the discovery center! It is a great place for the kids to play, they always have a blast here! Great for birthday parties too! We have alot of b day parties here and the kids just love it!

Great to go during the week, not so many people there. Lots for kids to see and play with.

My grandson and I visit the Discovery Center about once a week. The season pass is definitely the best way to go. The playground is great fun for kids.
