We went in to get my son a pair of basketball shoes. I have never bought them before. The associate was really helpful. He measured my son's foot. We were able to start with the size he measured at and up to a size that felt right.

The store is clean, well organized and has excellent customer service. My friend and I were looking for some shoes that had great arch support and comfortable. The employee Arexis assisted us. He was knowledgeable, extremely pleasant and patient. I honestly was going to wait another day to purchase expensive gym shoes ($200), but he was so easy to deal with and helped me make a great decision on a pair.
Can’t say enough good things about him.

Bought a 2nd kayak from this store yesterday, great value and another great experience! Mike was such a big help and very knowledgeable. He helped us find everything we needed, was very patient and courteous. It was a real pleasure to be able to buy it from a store and support our local economy!

I purchased a kayak recently. 2 nice gentlemen helped carry it up and load it into my truck. When I got home I realized that my bilge plug and scupper plugs were not in the yak. I called and they indicated they would put them in the mail the next day. 3 days later I received a package from Anazon that had my plugs. Way to fix the problem! Good job!

Mike, the store manager, and Antonio, the fitness equipment manager, went WAY out of their way to help me purchase an elliptical and then resolve an issue with their contracted delivery company. This store's customer service is next level. WOW. I genuinely wish the world was filled with more kind and supportive people. Will be supporting this store more in the future.

Knowledge on their products. And shipping is faster than Amazon prime. Bought some Hoka's and the bottom was coming off 2 months out from purchase. Took them into the store and they refunded me my money with no issues (under the 90 day return policy). Plan on buying another pair. Mind you I can purchase Hoka brand in my area locally but the service, return policy, and speedy shipping had me coming back.

The review is for the golf department. The technician Michael went above and beyond to helping me pick out a new set of irons. Super informative and helpful. Way better than golf shack, just wish they had a bigger selection

Kinda pricey but could have what you need. Wish the ice hockey selection was bigger.

I was most impressed with the 1st-class employee communications during sales. Their level of knowledge about their products is noteworthy. Of, course they were polite and cheerful...I expected that, but I didn't get that Wal-mart department feeling I'm used to in most other Sporting good stores. I'm happy and content that I spent 900 bucks there.

Bought some Hokas for walking on concrete 8 hours a day! Hope they work to keep my feet comfy!

My boyfriend and I went to purchase him a new golf set. The knowledge of the gentelman that helped us pick out the perfect set was vast and so so so helpful! We were able to get the perfect set, and he sized it so they would work for us! Will be going back again.

Made a quick trip to pick up something I needed, didn't know where it was so I asked an employee who took me right to it, took it up to the cash register to ring it up and showed them the Amazon price. They matched it without a problem. Couldn't be happier!
