JC Licht Benjamin Moore Paint & Decor Store Lake Bluff

I have never went to a paint store and when I walked in Thomas was the first one I seen and he had greeted me instantly. I showed him the size of the hole I was fixing and I brought a piece of the wall and my results shook me .

Where do I start i walked in looking for the perfect color for the family room of my new home and was greeted with the utmost hospitality by Thomas not only was he friendly but he was also very helpful it was a very pleasant experience and i will be coming back

Had a great experience here! The entire staff seems to be very professional and friendly.
I had a couple questions and Thomas took the time to explain things and provide wonderful advice to my specific needs.
I didnt feel rushed or like i was inconveniencing him despite him clearly being busy.
I really appreciate great customer service and they have earned my business going forward!

What can I say about this crew?
They are the best. I know Todd for a long time and he’s been always willing to run the extra mile. I have told him multiple times that I wish there were more like him in the company.

Always use this JC Licht location when I’m in the area. The gentlemen working are all very knowledgeable on the products they sell and are eager to answer any question I have for them. Size of the store is on the smaller side but they carry everything I would need to complete a project and they’re always able to get me in and out when I’m in a hurry. Would not hesitate to recommend this store to family and friends.

It’s my favorite JC Licht store. Crew is very professional, polite and helpful. They are very good at paint matching. I came over there as a diy guy and they made me almost professional painter with their knowledge. Especially one guy is my favorite, I think he’s name is Tod (Tod is a Scottish nickname meaning a clever or wily person) but other guys are pretty cool too. I like other JC Licht locations also but Lake Bluff’s is my place where I can count on professionals, respect and quality products. I’ll come back to do business with this location. Highly recommended!
They also do recommend local painters which made my project much easier. My kitchen cabinets look like new again!

The manager Todd has gone above and beyond with services all the particular needs that I have - with incredible services and even helping me with paint suggestions - and doing a better job that me!
