I have to give Joe, from plumbing, a huge shout-out! He was so incredibly helpful and didn't stop until my problem was resolved. He helped me to find the right products to hookup my washer to my sink. Although, it was complicated, Joe was adamant in finding a solution for me. I could tell Joe was very knowledgeable and passionate in helping others. He was also extremely pleasant to work with and went above-and-beyond to make sure my products would work when I got home...and they did! I am so grateful and appreciative of Joe and just want to thank him very much! Thanks Joe!

The team at this Lowe’s is very professional, including Mario, the outdoor manager, who was very helpful.
The prices are also very reasonable, which will make this location one of our preferred home improvement stores to shop at.

One of the best Lowe's store in the area. The staff are cool and always ready to help. They always have some kind of the best deal going on few products which you can not get it anywhere. They also have kids workshop (which I used it one time for my kid).
The price and quality for the sale products are top one.

My girlfriend and I came in to pick up some supplies for painting. We are painting a bedroom and all we had was a list of supplies we needed and a vague idea of the color we wanted.

As my girlfriend was deciding on the color I decided to look for the supplies but struggled to find many items so I asked the nearest worker, Garret, for help.

We went in about 20 minutes before the store closed which is cutting it close, but Garret greeted me with warmth and was ready to help me out. Not only did he show me what I needed, he gave me multiple options with pros and cons of each and urged me to decide based on my needs.

He mixed our paint for us as well and throughout the 15 minutes we spent there, he was extremely helpful and kind towards us, despite us being there RIGHT before they closed.

I never leave reviews for big stores like this but Garret alone made want to.

Helpful staff but after being asked what I came in for, I was just pointed to the direction I needed to go. No one was around in the back to help me grab a large and heavy box from high up on the shelf. Ironically the tall ladder on wheels was blocking what I needed down, but I improvised anyway and got it down. Check out went very well. Some customers seemed very impatient and frustrated in line especially if they had a simple return and needed to wait. Staff appeared calm and collected regardless, and even helped each other/switched computers when the system had a glitch.

I have been coming to the store in Arlington heights and the staff been great and very helpful
actually couple times when the staff was busy the store manager himself Mike Russo came out and helped me with cutting the wood for me as well as helped me in the plumbing and Electric departments. Thank you so much Mike, I appreciate people like you!! The store is lucky to have you Mike Russo!

The customer service at Arlington Heights location in wonderful. We have purchased 4 Levelor blinds, unfortunately 3 out of the 4 were missing parts. Called the store was told to come in and they would
rectify the issue. Ann and Tom in home decor took care of us and fixed an unfortunate situation. They were very kind and understanding.
We shop at this location often. Clean store. Kind and helpful employees. This is what brings the consumer back to shop.
Ann and Tom's customer service is an exceptional great team. So pleasant and cheerful. Also the customer service staff is always helpful and friendly.

Loved it!! Everyone is so friendly and helpful with all of my DIY needs. The prices are unbeatable compared to other similar stores. I only wish I lived closer than 20 miles from the nearest Lowe's, lol. They are also very dog friendly!!

We bought 6 window shades.
I measured one wrong. We went back and the sales woman Ann Hontos took care of my mistake in a very professional and friendly manner. She was also very helpful on the initial order.
She is a definite asset to the Lowe’s team.
We got the shades in a timely fashion and they all fit perfectly thanks to Ms. Hontos.

The staff was able to assist me when the doors opened at 6 a.m. to pick up and help me load the order on the back of my vehicle.

While the products may not be located as listed online and there’s a few too many “aisle 4”s to be logical, the customer service here was exceptional. Pete and Marco both went above and beyond to help me with a somewhat tedious purchase today! Thanks guys!

Great organized hardware store. Friendly staff, easy to get in and out of and open late. Good place to get stuff for home projects.

BILL REITZ, you magical unicorn of customer service, deserve more than 5 stars...... I ordered a new toilet through Lowes this past weekend as ours needs replaced badly. I scheduled an installation and Bill Reitz called me today to inform me I forgot to order a very necessary minor part. By doing so, he saved us in delaying the entire install. IN ADDITION, there was a minor issue with the scheduled start time and INSTEAD of telling me that was not even his department, he reached out himself to another department and gave me the necessary contact information to easily remedy the situation. Thank you so much for going above and beyond. Will recommend Lowes installation service to anyone!

Ann was very helpful at the returns desk. This is just one of many positive interactions I’ve had over the years going to this store.

The place is great everything that I needed was easy to find & if it wasn't the people that work there were able to help me so fast I especially appreciated the help of one of the workers named Carlos if it wasn't for him I would have been lost because I had no idea what I was doing thank you Carlos I hope you get a promotion

Kevin was wonderful! Every time I go to Lowe’s I have great customer service and today was no different. Kevin helped us find the perfect dishwasher and even price matched for us! He was extremely kind and thorough in explaining our best options. Will definitely be coming back and looking for Kevin!

Ordered a grill for in store pick up Javier called to ask if a pre built grill would be ok and they didn’t have any in-box grills as I am very particular about how things are put together, long story short Javier went above and beyond to get me my grill thank you Javier

Our visit was informative and very successful. We purchased a new Washer & Dryer. Our Salesman was helpful and patient. Thank you & can't wait for delivery.

This store has the best customer service. They are friendly and knowledgeable.

Who knew it would be hard to find Semi transparent concrete stain. I had to go all the way out to Arlington Heights to find but I needed. So I bought an extra can and didn't have them tinted in case I needed to return it. Turns out I did need it so I brought it over to my local Lowe's. Maxine, the associate who helped me went above and beyond.
