I am very satisfied with Mattress Firm especially with their sales representative Peter. He has an outstanding knowledge of mattresses that helped us purchase what we need. Peter was patient and did not pressure us to buy. Once we made our purchase and scheduled the delivery date, my husband noticed a mistake with our order. We contacted Peter and he immediately corrected the order and we was able to received the delivery on scheduled. Thank you Mattress Firm for quality product and excellence salesperson.

Peter was cordial, helpful and very knowledgeable. He found us a great mattress for a great price. I will patron there in the future and will definitely be recommending dealing with Peter.

Michael was extremely knowledgeable, & helpful.. we probably wouldn’t have bought the mattress that we did. If he wouldn’t of been there that day, he was just very honest and wasn’t trying to sell the most expensive mattress in the store, but the one that he thought would work the best for us….& He was just a super nice fella…thank you !

Awesome experience with Scott at the Orland Park location. He was very patient with me. I did not feel rush or pessured to make a purchase. He explained everything in detail no surprises even with the financing. I recommend everyone to shop at this location! My matress and protector was very high quality just like the customer service!

I walked into Mattress Firm to brouse, not sure of what I truly wanted. April greeted me immediately. She was very professional, pleasant & knowledgeable. She knew her product well, walked me through options, explained details precisely. I was able to make a decision on which mattress was perfect for me. My salesperson was Peter and he spent a good deal of time with me, giving me options for my budget, and answering all my questions. He didn't try to rush me into a purchase. After looking at a few more stores, I went back the next day and made sure to purchase from Peter (in case he gets a commission)
