Derango Family Dental, Dr. RJ Derango & Dr. Rosanne Derango

I always have a really positive experience at Derango Family Dental! I’ve been going to this dentist office since I was a kid and I still only go to Derango as an adult. They dental hygienists are very friendly and skilled. Both Dr. Rosanne Derango and Dr. RJ Derango always take good care of their patients and go above and beyond for them.

Recently my dog ate my retainer, so I purchased a new one through Derango. They make me a perfect new retainer. After, my dog ate my new retainer’s case thus damaging the new retainer. Dr. Derango was so understanding, fit me into their busy schedule, and didn’t charge me for the new retainer. I’m so grateful and thankful. If you’re looking for an outstanding and caring dentist office, I will always recommend Derango Family Dentist.

I brought my teenage daughter here after years of complaints about her pediatric dentist and assistants being too rough and insensitive to her pain and discomfort. Today’s cleaning went so smoothly and there was no pain! Plus Dr. Derango couldn’t have been more welcoming and friendly. The practice itself is so warm and inviting too as are the reception staff. What a great experience and breath of fresh air!

This has to be one of the nicest dental offices I’ve ever been to! Dr. Rosanne & Dr. RJ make every visit comfortable & fix any problem I’ve had immediately, and go out of their way in an emergency so the patient doesn’t have to suffer. Always a great experience and highly recommend this dentistry. They are very honest about your dental health and do not try to add services you do not need like other places I have been before.

Just had both our kids go to Dr. RJ & Rosanne and they couldn't have been more amazing with our kiddos. Dr. Rosanne saw our 7 year old and RJ saw our 3 year old and they were both so calm, and the doctors and team did an amazing job of making them feel calm and comfortable, all while making sure they got good cleanings and check-ups in!

If you want to find high quality dental care, this is the place to go. They’re beyond attentive with their patients and really work with the patients needs. I have had horrible dental experiences in the past, but they were able to get me back on track and feeling comfortable once again. A true gem in Bartlett.

RJ is very gentle and cares about your individual needs. He took the time to explain everything to me, step by step! He made me feel comfortable and helped ease my anxiety.

Derango Family Dental is a very friendly and helpful practice. The dentists and their staff are wonderful. They also practice careful and sanitary measures to minimize the spread of COVID. I felt I was in a safe environment. A dental exam and teeth cleaning are pleasant and stress-free experiences.

I hope Dr. Rosanne and RJ never retire because I would never trust anybody else with my teeth! I had a crown put on today, and from start to finish the process was an easy two hours. Rosanne explained everything to me as it was happening, as I was a little uneasy. It was painless and quick. Most dental offices do not have the equipment or technology to do this in one visit. They do! I highly highly recommend them and would never go anywhere else! (I started going there 18 years ago because I was told by another dentist that I needed a crown on this very tooth. I wanted a second opinion. I did not need a crown. I was being scammed. It took 18 years for this tooth to need a crown.) I appreciate Rosanne's honesty and professionalism.

I've been going to both doctors for many years. They are both gentle and treat my anxiety like the real problem that it is. I'm not very good about keeping up with my dental issues but they never scold and treat me like a bad patient. I'm very happy with them.
