I think they gave a very fair buy back price. The store was well organized and clean, and had friendly staff.

The only constructive feedback I have is that the pajama selection was lacking, at least in the size I was looking for (18 month).

Overall it was a good experience, and I will definitely be a returning customer!

I loved this store. Found so many clothes for my baby at a very good price. I also found a BRAND NEW Ergobaby baby carrier for $45. Online it retails for $200 or $140 when it’s on sale.
Selling to them, now not so sure about that. I took some pretty nice clothes to them and they rejected them. But I mean for about 3 items I got $7. I will still keep selling to them though. Staff was very nice. I will definitely keep coming back.

I’ve never been to any these establishments before & I decided to check it out today for the first time. I picked out a few pieces for my daughter at great prices & then found this BRAND NEW in box, activity walker + shape sorter for half of the price it’s selling for online. The staff at this location were all friendly and very helpful. Thank you for a great visit, I will be returning in the future!

Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon and had a great experience!! Was greeted by the manager, the store was clean, and I found lots of items for my 2 year old at great prices!! 10/10 Highly Recommend!

First off I just want to say I don’t know why the comments are crazy but I brought in a basket full of items and received a lot of money back they are not picky than on top of that they had 30% off on all select toys I got toys that are in Walmart for around $50 for $3.50-$10.00 this location is sweet and friendly they even let you put your items if you fill up your cart to much in the back until your ready to buy you guys made Christmas the best

Great store. A lot of the items for kids of all ages. A larger varieties of clothes for children between 5 and Up. Big big selection.

A good experiment. A great place too take kids clothes rather than donation to earn a few bucks rather than donating. Staff is courteous items in great shape store is clean. 👍

I go once a season change to get my daughter her clothes. She grows out of them so fast.They always have great prices on the clothes. The shoes in my opinion are pricey for used shoes, especially the bigger you go in size. You can always rack up points for a discount. They also sell bikes, strollers, and many other baby items. You can follow them on Facebook, and see some of their new items. They have tons of toys! A must for a family with children.

I highly recommend selling your used clothes and toys here. The selling process is easy and usually quick. This is also a great place to find something reasonably priced for your child to wear for theme days at school (I have girls and sports theme was challenging until we bought some pre-loved baseball shirts).

I have sold and bought here for about five years now. Never felt cheated as a seller, but I understand the process. I feel they do try to keep prices reasonable for buyers, too.

Clean store, organized, and always has great prices and sales. Employees are always kind and helpful. My kids love shopping here.

I feel bad for all the bad reviews from people complaining. People don't understand that businesses have overhead costs so your shoes that cost $40 brand new will only sell for $15-20 and the store has to pay it's employees, rent etc so they might only pay you $5-10 for a brand new high ticket item. Something like a used Tshirt will sell for $1.50 so yeah they're only going to give you 50 cents for some items.

Love my experience here. I always read reviews but rarely leave one unless I'm one happy customer. I cant really review buying but i will review selling. I brought in alot of my sons old and some brand new things to see if i can get a few dollars before i gave the stuff away free. To my surprise I got more way more than i expected. They brought about 80% of the stuff. I had things separted by outfits on hangers or nicely folded together in a basket. Give it a shot you may be pleasantly surprised. Maybe next time I will shop with them and give a review on that.

Love this store! Just moved to the area & had another baby. I’ve been here several times & found way too much I couldn’t walk away from. I think the prices are fair & their sales are awesome. I shop the sales rack at department stores, goodwill & pop up consignment sales as well & don’t believe this store is overpriced. They have a good selection of clothing so I can find the things I am looking for. Department stores usually put off season things on sale & Goodwill definitely does not have the same selection. I wish they had a bigger selection of toys but not sure where they would put them.

It’s too bad the reviews aren’t separated by customers who are selling vs. buying. It’s true that if you sell your own things on FB or at kids consignment sales you can probably make more but you have to put the work into it. It seems unfair to accuse the staff of being rude because they couldn’t buy your items?

Not sure why all the negative reviews regarding bying used kids stuff. The staff are great, they took my clothes and toys and told me it will be a wait, about 4 hours and when they were done I got a text. I brought in one box and they took about half of it and gave me a reasonable amount. They give you an insight why they don’t buy certan things, like one toy was not working properly. Really happy with the service.

I absolutely appreciate how neatly organized the clothes are displayed. The aisles are clearly labeled and arranged by size and gender. The color coordination within the aisles was a huge perk. Definitely makes thrift shopping enjoyable with the easy-to-navigate layout.

Amazing ! They even have baby carts. Everything is so cute ! Really nice cute stuff. Everything is like 1 dollar to 5 dollars. Amazing prices. They have everything. Bows, tutus, kids jewelry, brand new sippy cups ect. Gymnastics wear ect. Toys. Great stuff Great Prices. They are doing a great job !

This is a good place to donate . All the people on the bad reviews saying they don't pay you good for clothes , then sell it somewhere else stop complaining , otherwise this place is good for used clothing lots of things you find here
