Holiday Inn Express & Suites Edwardsville, an IHG Hotel

Was here for the weekend for a high school game and we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Friendly staff, good size room suites with 2 bed that was very clean. Bed was very comfortable in my opinion And, of course, their traditional morning breakfast bar. The fitness room here has all you need for a good workout to. The location was perfect to get around anywhere in Edwardsville. A plus ⭐ there is a Starbucks right by the hotel ☺(for my Starbucks lover)

Front desk was wonderfully pleasant and helpful. My room was tidy and clean. Mattresses are firmer than I prefer but to each her own. Breakfast was typical and kept stocked. Only downfall is it's DANG hard to get back to if you're not familiar with the area.

We had a nice stay for our granddaughters graduation from college. The rooms, service and food was wonderful and would recommend this hotel to anyone. Just make sure to reserve with them I reserved through another and was charged the higher price and they booked us as a group and it was only my husband and I. The hotel is no help clearing up these problems so I paid the higher price.

Great location in Edwardsville, close to campus, dining, and entertainment. Very clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. They also have a GREAT sundries section for late night munchies. Highly recommend!

Everything you expected at a well ran IHG hotel. Friendly staff, good size king room that was very clean. And, of course, their traditional morning breakfast bar. The fitness room here has all you need for a good workout to. The location was perfect to get around anywhere in Edwardsville.

The Suite that we received was extremely clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff was able to provide us with a baby crib for a family of five. We all had a restful sleep. The breakfast was not that great, however. Still, it is highly recommended.

Room 124 was where we were placed, it was awesome! We were Running on Empty after being on The Road, my GF Rosie was scared of the approaching storms; I said "You Love the Thunder", but she wasn't having it.
We had Nothing But Time, the Load Out wasn't too bad the next morning. I wanted to Stay but Rosie was ready to get back to Shaky Town after being on Cocaine for the last 48 hours. Love Needs a Heart and Rosie is my baby girl. Peace Out

The hotel was wonderful, clean and very large rooms for wheelchair. The breakfast had a great selection, and there is a laundry room. Some meals and snacks in the lobby. Plenty of parking and well lite. The only issue was cold showers my last two days, Sunday and Monday. Great Channels selection on the tv, and large bathroom.

The management team and staff were amazing. We so enjoyed our stay here at this beautiful very accommodating establishment. Will definitely stay again. Mist importantly the handicapped room was so open and spacious gir my Handicapped daughter who is in a wheelchair.

Checked in relatively late- around 8 or so with no issues. Front foyer was very clean and extremely well kept with the Holiday Inn whites. Very nice eating area for breakfast and a bigger than typical continental breakfast. The front area had a mini store that they charged 25 for us, but then reimburse if not used. Kind of a nice clever way to get you to spend a little extra if you’re feeling parched or hungry overnight.

The bathrooms were clean, bedspread and rooms were very well-kept and the building was quiet overall. Very nice hotel for a smaller college town. Kudos to the management on this stay.

The service and stay were great. We had a 2 bed suite and there was plenty of room for a baby playpen to sleep all of us. The restroom was just the right size and mounted bottle dispensers for body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast was also great. Selection was wide from warm sandwiches to cereal to muffins to fruit cups to coffee.

This hotel will definitely be at the top of my list next time I am looking for a stay in the Edwardsville/Glen Carbon area.

This hotel is spectacular!! The staff was extremely friendly and thoughtful. The hotel itself was spotless and was beautifully decorated. The staff went above and beyond for me and my wife when we stayed. They really made us feel welcomed. Could of wish we could of gotten the breakfast but due to covid they were unable to do breakfast buffet. They did offer jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches, muffins and such. I will be looking forward to staying there again. Recommend this hotel to others if they're wanting somewhere nice to stay.

We stayed here for a quick night on our road trip. The room was bigger than I expected. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was delicious with many options. Wish we would have had more time to try the pool! The staff were super friendly and pleasant. I would stay again if we were passing through!

This is a relatively new facility with nice amenities including a workout room indoor pool and hot breakfast. Staff is friendly and attentive. I would come back here the next time I'm in town.
My buddy booked at a comparable hotel and changed to this Holiday Inn midway thru his stay because it was a nicer newer environment.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was just one night, but it was the nicest hotel we've stayed in this trip. We're driving across country, so a different hotel every night just about. This was actually the first hotel so far I felt was actually clean and not just spit and polish clean. It felt like home. People were nice too, young man who checked us in gave good restaurant recommendations, manager came around and talked to us at breakfast and housekeepers chatted with us on the elevator. Very homey. We liked it so much we are going to look for Holiday Inn Expresses whenever we can this trip.

We booked a block of rooms for my daughters wedding guests (and our family) in October 2017. The customer service was outstanding! Every person on staff was accommodating and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything that we needed. The hotel was very clean and the room were nicely appointed. I highly recommend this hotel and will book there again.

This is the main hotel I use for my local events. Although it is a small property, this is actually one of its strengths. The staff, specifically Richard and Dick, make sure our meetings are perfect and my clients are well cared for. The rooms are super nice and the food is really outstanding. The entire hospitality team just takes really great care of us and I am grateful that I rarely have to worry about things going well when we bring our groups in.

We had a great experience! Check in was so easy and quick. Our room was clean and we loved the location. Close to everything in town! Would definitely recommend.

Great location! We drove from Chicago for a campus tour and this hotel is nearby everything. We checked in today and the front desk agent was very nice and polite. The hotel looks brand new, super clean and spacious. Complimentary wifi, rooms have refrigerator. Nice indoor pool for a lap swim. Love the pillows. The bathroom is pretty spacious. Definitely a 3 star.

Absolutely the best hands down! Have always had a great stay, accommodating staff and rooms are clean and we'll kept. The only thing is our bed was hard...nothing against the hotel, just like a bit of give. Will always go back!!!
