Sunny Hill RV Park

This is a great place to live. Clean spacious lots, big backyards, great location, and reasonable price. The mosquitoes are annoying, but that's Texas for ya.

Beautiful

Great park! It resembles a neighborhood. It is not crowded and has a paved road all the way through. Water, sewer, power hookups no problem. I even have a back yard. Quiet with big lots with storage sheds. Cable lines for spectrum service. Birds & squirrels singing from a wide variety of trees. Owner Bob is easy to deal with and saved a spot for me to get me in. The air is crisp and it is hill country. Five stars!

Bernard and his crew there have been most helpful over the years and grateful to have them as clients to work on their computers.

Now with the Starbucks school and all kinds of restaurants popping up Liberty Hill is quickly growing and expanding and becoming a hotspot in this RV park if you can get a spot it's definitely in a strategic location at a fantastic price

We have stayed here for a year and love it. It’s comfortable with great neighbors. It’s always maintained and has been a great RV experience. Highly recommend Bob, his family, and Bernard. They’re all friendly and the rates are great.

A family member of mine is living here and loves it, close to everything yet still has a country feel. Staff are friendly and the grounds are well kept.

I have been living here within my previously purchased RV since August 2017. We decided to rent a slot that has carport for our Silverado Long bed and Camry plus a port that our 32-foot RV fits within.

Next to the car/RV port are two storage sheds. We rented them to store excess RV supplies and other miscellaneous items. The shed is just that, a shed with no shelves. We used some steel shelves we moved into it to allow better accessibility and ease to locate things.

There is a laundromat here, coin operated. It is code-open and thus is useable only by the residents here who get the code with the monthly electric bill (ours has yet to be over $55). The connections available are 30 amp and 50 amp. I do suggest having a RV surge protector as we have experienced (in some rough weather) a couple of power outages.

Besides the electric, there is a water connection and a dump station, all on the left side of the RV. Both are included at no charge. Residents are asked to use water conservation measures when using the water to wash their RV. (There is a cheap manual car wash about four miles west.)

There is a propane tank refill and purchase place just a mile or so west. Beware they are open only Monday thru Friday and close at 5pm.

For trash, there are 3 containers at the far end of the park. There are raccoons nearby, so people are asked to not overfill these.

Bernard is the onsite handyman to help you with whatever help you may need OUTSIDE of your RV. He has a separate cell phone from the park.

For the most part, the park is nice and quiet, so much so that bird song can be heard most days.

We recently had to move to an apartment due to medical reasons not associated with the park. Bob (the owner) and his son, Richard, helped us with our move to a storage facility and moving other items to our property 20 minutes away from the park.

We plan to keep in touch with Bob and his family and Bernard. They are good people and that quality is hard to find nowadays.

I live there... they are friendly and respect your privacy. The R.V. park has a quiet time that everyone respects and the people there stay to their selves. All the RV's are in good shape so everything looks nice.

Was a wonderful place to stay. We stayed here for two years everyone was always very helpful and met some wonderful people here that will be lifetime friends.

Lived here for over a year and never had a. Issue with water, electric, or waste. Clean park and much cheaper than any place with the same ammenities. Civered spots!!!

Our original destination for labor day weekend fell out. Bob the manager went out of his way to find a spot for our family. The location was nice and quiet.

Nice quiet park. Great staff. Enjoyed staying there for last 2 years.

High end. Very nice place. I look to get myself a lot there in a couple months. Highly recommended.

Great place to park for a couple night or for a couple months. Lots have more room then most.
