Party City

This place was really nice. Had everything I needed and more. It was very clean and the employees where awesome. So a storm was rolling in and it was really windy outside and a gentleman was trying to get hus balloons in his car and the wind yanked them straight from his hands. The employees replaced them with no questions asked. How amazing was that. Great job guys and girls !!! P.s. the decorations was for my sons 16th birthday!!

I found some really great items online and set them to be picked up in store. I accidentally sent my order in with some balloons inflated and some not. I called he store and spoke with Mario and he told me not to worry, he would find my order and ensure all balloons will be inflated. I called the next day to make sure Mario found my order, I spoke with Micheal who advised Mario found it, they adjusted the order to inflate all the balloons and place them on my ballon weight! Both of these gentlemen provided me with the best customer service I have received in a long time! Thanks guys! Y’all rock!!!

I love Party City! We were last minute Halloween shopping, and they had a fantastic selection! I even got to stick my daughter in a Taco Hat that she didn't like, but I thought was hilarious!

Very VERY PLEASED!! Over the top customer service!!! Storer manager was so HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY!!! Associate in costumes went beyond good service, store was already closed but they both continued helping us with a smile on their face!!!

This place is great for kids my family and i went in and had my nieces in there for the very first time in there life they never seen anything like it great enviroment for kids .they love that store now i promised them we'll go back again just to look around .. ♡♡

Called ahead and they had exactly what my son wanted the check out line was a little long but all registers were open and moved fast
