AT&T Store

Purchased a new phone from base and got zero help. Went to this location and got all the necessary help i needed to transfer phone info and installation of new phone. Customer service reps were very professional and eager to help.

Braden was my
Customer Service Expert today (official title unknown) he was amazing, got me what I needed for a great price and even helped port numbers over from my old carrier. He is a life saver, come see these guys they will not only get you your phone, but make your day with a feeling of family assistance and witty banter.

I had a great experience in this store. My sales associate Emily B was absolutely wonderful, she handled everything I came in for and then some. If she isn't already in line for management she definitely needs to be. I will be using this location from now on.

Jarred A was fantastic….. needed to surrender an old phone to claim my promo credit for trade in…. A trade in process that was not correctly completed at a at&t corporate store…. Jerred engaged and verified everything required to complete promo credit of 700 to my account in less than 10 mins…. No fuss no mess. Could not have asked for better support! Thank you Jerred.

Great service! Definitely not a place that's going to do shady things. They were very thorough into letting me know what my bill is going to be so I wouldn't be surprised by any hiding fees on my first bill. The staff was very friendly and talkative into making sure even though I was there for a while I wasn't bored with nothing to do. Have a few movies /tv shows to watch now thanks to them

Hanna was amazing. She definitely knew what she was talking about and seemed incredibly experienced. She knew exactly how to explain what was going on with our account and was able to walk us through our best options with a ton of details. Wonderful experience!

Fantastic service. In comparison to other stores around - this is the best of all. 6-7 sales/customer service reps ready to serve and not “hiding” in the back office. I was greeted before I had fully made my way into the store - Added a line to my cellular plan & upgraded my plan. It only took me 10 mins on. Friday afternoon. Previous experiences in other stores have taken me 1hr to get 1 SIM card as the stores are understaffed.

Anna is amazing! She was professional and personal. More importantly she helped fix an issue with activating a phone another store couldn’t. Will be back here anytime I need assistance.

Had a great experience getting my iPhone 12 a couple months ago. Bryan (and I know I’m spelling his name wrong and my apologies). He was super helpful and updated my plan to a better one that saved me $15 a month. He synced my new phone up and got me on my way. People like him create loyal customer bases and I appreciated it, AT&T should recognize people like this more often

Awesome service from Reid and Nate originally came into the store and spoke with Reid great customer service hands down. Originally spoke with Reid about the plans and services that Att offered was shopping around and went across to the T-mobile store there's no comparison in the level of customer service!

I was unsatisfied with my previous cell phone company because of the spotty service. However, as soon as I walked in to AT&T I was greeted and immediately taken care of. Ana was kind, knowledgeable, and all around very prepared for the set up of my new account. When in doubt, go to this AT&T store for the best service.

Chris was our associate today - he was also ours last year - and always goes above and beyond! We got new phones and he spent hours getting us set up and made sure we were 100% happy before leaving.
I actually have an AT&T store closer to my house and I choose to go to this one because he is so incredibly helpful!
