I am so happy with the service here. They are committed to meet your expectations. Manager Nicole was so helpful to address my concerns with an item on menu. She was so knowledgeable and friendly. The bowls are the best in town! I mean look at this pic. Healthy food options that are worth your visit. I’m definitely coming back. Thank you Jamba Juice.

Our visit to Jamba Juice was great ! I haven’t stop by here in months because I worry about the juices and sugars in the items. I was so surprised of how much there menu has changed . I love the fact they have so many more options. I was able to purchase a pretty healthy smoothie and breakfast items for my kids. The cashier and other employee were very polite and very respectful. I most definitely be stopping by more often.

Went in a couple of days ago. First time there. Staff was very helpful and and nice. The lady at the counter even asked if I wanted to try it first. I'm definitely going back there !

This place is a gem. Good, healthy smoothies, fresh ingredients, and the friendliest, most patient girl behind the register named Lexi. They were busy, but she never made me feel hurried and offered suggestions. I appreciated that! Thank you.

I’m growing my hair out to donate it and it’s very long. With the face mask mandate, I am mistaken for a girl everywhere I go. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been called “ma’am” and how awkward it is. However, the girl working tonight at this Jamba location handed me my waffle and said, “here you go, beautiful”. It touched my soul. Under my face mask I had the widest smile as I walked out. I don’t even eat/drink at Jamba that often, but I’ll definitely be coming back because of her. How wholesome and I am so happy. Thank you kind stranger. 🥺

The Açaí Primo is THE BEST açaí bowl I’ve ever had. It tastes extremely fresh and you get a huge portion. Absolutely worth the price. The employees were SO nice and friendly. COVID precautions were great and I will definitely be back more frequently.

I want to thank the staff at Jamba Juice for helping me out today! They all were very supportive and courteous in helping me make the right decision based on my dietary restrictions. I had a gastric sleeve done a little over two years ago and I am in the middle of a liquid diet reset and I’m limited on the about of sugar and carbs I can eat/drink! The staff even brought out the book that has all of the drinks nutritional values as we found one that fit my needs! The Vanilla Blue Sky with Oatmilk and Protein is Amazing! Thanks Again!! I’ll be Back!!

Sandy behind the counter is especially nice and has a great smile. When she sees me coming towards the store, she starts my order and it is ready by the time I pay. Love the product.

I enjoy coming in the mornings to get a smoothie and love how upbeat and welcoming Shayla Reese and Cassandra Ervin are. These two ladies really have great customer service with a smile on their face.

Fast and friendly service. Best place to get real fruit smoothies in Waco. Favorite is the peanut butter mood with vitamin or immunity boost.
