2011 Ford Fiesta. Something was wrong where the engine wouldn't turn over and i brought my own engine from Michigan. My mechanic had the old engine out on Wednesday and the new one in by Friday! on top of that, the have me new and correct fluids, an A/C recharge, and did the rear brakes at the same time! The price for all services was extremely reasonable and they are all friendly and knowledgeable! If I'm in Texas with vehicle trouble, they have my business!

Contacted Guys for my Nissan Titan, been having starter issues, they told me up front what it was going to cost me, I set the appointment up and that afternoon they called and said it was ready, it cost me a lot less to take it to him then to take it to the dealer and it was much cheaper, these people are a family business, I will continue to use them for all my needed work that I can't do.

My usual shop was closed. I called,they got me right in. I moved to the coast and was just here on business,was afraid ac had gone out. But he fixed the problem,and filled the freon and it didn't take long! I made it back jome,ac workd great!

I had a power steering issue on my Honda. Pump was replaced before taking here. Tried another pump and did not fix the issue. With over 260k miles I told Guy go ahead and replace the rack and put new outer tie rods on. Still did not fix the whining noise. Put another pump on and it lasted for close to a week. Had car towed back in and Guy at his cost added another pump with a new pulley and a special bolt from Honda. He personally drove to Honda a picked up these parts. He stood behind his work and did not charge another penny. Any mechanic knows how hard at times these Hondas can be because the pump sits higher than the reservoir. The slightest little leak allows air in and they whine and damage the pump. 5 stars from me. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

I want to give a big shout out to everyone at Guys Auto for all the work they did on my 2003 Lincoln LS I knew this car had problems but when I gave it to them I didn't expect as many problems that came up and if it wasn't for them I would have never known what needed to be fixed on top of the matter they never did anything without letting me know first and if I couldn't afford it they we're there to help find a solution they had a huge job on my car lot of work one part the rack and pinion steering that need to be entirely replaced which is generally an 6 to 8 hour job they did fairly quick and half the time at least and kept me right in my budget where I needed to be,while also staying very polite and open about the process ahead I wasn't in the dark about anything this car is meant for me and my future family and they made it drivable thanks to their hard work and efforts. Will definitely be bringing my car back to them and all future vehicles.

I wish I had the verbiage to tell just how much I loved my experience there. They changed the fuel pump, cleaned the tank and oh yes, had to charge battery to even begin. After our truck was repaired they brought it to me since I am a widow and had no way to drive there and then bring both back. Love them and highly recommend them.

We went to the lake on a day trip when our right-front brake pad failed. We dropped the car off and it was ready within three hours! Very professional, reasonable pricing (i called around) and overall a nice guy. Highly recommended.

They were super helpful when my check engine light came on. Fixed the problem in under an hour from code check to heading home. Office staff was really patient and explained everything for me to understand. Thanks for being awesome and getting my car running again!!

They did a great job and very quickly! I got an oil change and inspection and he told me that next time if I bring my own oil that he only charges for the labor and the filter. I will go back for any work I need. They have a very sweet dog named milo who keeps you company while you wait too

My car was basically totaled after hitting a hog. And they got in there and fixed it right up in about a week.i would definitely recommend the price was not bad at all and service was amazing!! Thank you for your hard work.

This first post was from 2 months ago. I just brought my car in for the 2nd time and after being told my battery is fine at auto zone in Huntsville, I figured it had to be something else so I brought it here and when I called to check on my car they told me it was a bad battery. That is honesty to the fullest. I'm thankful I found this auto repair place . I will be loyal to them with all my vehicles.

Great people, this is 2 times I have used them. They get me in and out real quick. And very reasonable on there price.

After a tornado in our town recently, You and your people help the whole town out with food and some supplies to clean. I came there to eat several times because the food was awesome and your people were truly happy to help us.

Does great work but make sure you bring your check book. Charges extra for the convenience of using your debt card.
