Came in looking for harmonica that day. Young person was taking a guitar lesson but, the owner gladly took care of ordering what I needed. When I picked up my harmonica a group of teens were excited to go in ! Wonderful atmosphere in this little music store !!

My kids have been taking fiddle and guitar lessons from Curtis for almost two years now. He is a great teacher, has wonderful character and my girls absolutely love him! The music shop provides a variety of instruments and equipment any musician can benefit from. Go by and check it out, you won’t be disappointed!

There are not enough words of praise and gratitude to express my experience with Fret Not Music Shop. I have a Mandolin that was damaged years ago. Started playing it when I was 25 years of age and am now 74. I tried to have it fix was not able to do so. Still played it broken for years until it started to run a crack along the side and the back piece started to pop off. SAD. Moved to Bonham, decided to check directory, what the heck, to see if my beautiful Mandolin could be fixed. I feel I have my old friend back, my Mandolin is fixed, timely manner, and unbelievably reasonable. It was worth a million dollars to me.

I recently purchased a banjo at Fret Not. I have been playing / practicing daily since my purchase. I could not be happier with the help I received. I will continue to purchase and support their business anytime possible.

Mr Curtis is wonderful. My son has sensory struggles and is very very shy and Mr Curtis is fantastic with him. He encourages learning and excitement about music and is great with all ages. Even my 3 year old loves lessons with Mr Curtis.

I’ve bought a drum throne and had a bass and guitar set up here and the throne is rock solid and my old bass and guitar sound and feel better than they ever have, highly recommended! Super nice guy too!
