Second time coming during their normal operating hours once in the A.M. once in the afternoon. Second time not hearing from anyone in the drive through when waiting, and being welcomed to a locked door.
I understand it's new and the staff may not be able to handle it yet, but communication with customers is the heart of customer service.

We use to live here 6 years ago and wish there was a Starbucks then - we visit often and always stop by. Friendly, fast and accurate! Expressing friendly big time!!!!!

We ordered online and the drinks were delicious. Quick turnaround and kind service. Great location.

Went on buy one get one .the lady working drive thru was very patient and answered my questions I had .also when I asked for mocha and carmel syrup on top was very pleasant about it .made my day to an otherwise really bad day.

The shell station in Bonham serves Starbucks, but the two times I bought it…the coffee was NOT good. It didn’t even taste like Starbucks coffee.

I love going here right before school. The employees are friendly and I love the Carmel brulee latte

All you need after long hours of driving and seeing nothing is a cup of iced or hot latte.
