Pilot Travel Center

Parking here is great, I believe around 150 spots and plenty of reserved parking. Wendy's inside is awesome, the staff made great food for me every day I was here. Everything has been updated inside the store, new shelving, product placement, soda dispensers, coffee makers, etc. The bathroom is always clean when I'm here, I was here for 5 days and never has any issues. Accidentally charged for an extra candy bar but who cares, no one is perfect. I support all the Pilot & Flying J truck stops, they are my home away from home. Yes there are lines at the register sometimes, no big deal! The security is working hard, they run the lots, I've seen nobody causing any issues in the lot store.

Came in around 1am after delivering nearby. They honored the parking reservation I had made earlier and security freed up a reserve spot for me. The young lady at the counter was very helpful.

It's hard to find parking in this truck stop even early in the morning. Seems like the local drivers take up most of the spaces and go home. The facility has security and they will remove you from reserved parking if you don't reserve and pay for it as it should be. Showers are spacious and well maintained.

This is a trucker's paradise. This is a gas station/truck stop. There is a Wendy's inside of this pilot. The employees are friendly and there is a lot of traffic at all times of the day and night.

I have to be honest I have been to many pilots before but I have never once in my lifetime came across a pilot where I got amazing customer service such as I did last night from the team member with the name Vegas at Pilot on Lancaster. She greeted me when i came inside and was very helpful and happy to be at work, she kept a smile and was business professional and playful at the same time. I will definitely visit the store more often I had an amazing time.

Every time I come to this Pilot it is so clean, including the most important part, the bathroom. You can tell the workers there take pride in their work environment. Thank you! From a trucker.

Edit: yes, this is an extremely dangerous area of town. Lock your doors even at the fuel island.

Ok I’m giving it five stars because I been coming here 6 years driving trucks wow Eli the best yet here as GM have clean it up big time attitude ladies and he/She’s is gone thanks Eli and thanks for keeping the best MS. Gracela,Joe, and Keilani this team together is a all start team for the image of Pilot oh can’t forget my shower guys from all shifts thank y’all you guys the best and my top flight security I love y’all for making me feel safe

Very busy nice clean facilities has a Wendy's drive-thru, showers, a wide variety of items and decent fuel prices. Parking lot is rather large and well-lit and it's it's right off I-20 making it easier 4 truckers to maneuver in and out and be back on the road.

Showers are clean and security is top notch. Always visible and ready to enforce prime parking policy. That is very important to prepaid customers that arrive after dark.

I stopped tonight at this Pilot and decided to grab a shower. I must have been tired as I left my wallet on the counter after paying. When I noticed I didn't have it I ran back to the counter and they had already put it up in the office. Thank you all for being so honest and saving me from my mistake.
I was in a panic when I noticed it was gone. Thank you so much. You all need a raise in my book.

Bathrooms were a bit dirty, but EVERYTHING else was great! The Wendy's is actually good here, other than the tables not being wiped down. There's a Whataburger, McDonalds, Sonic, William's Chicken, and a doughnut shop within walking distance. Parking fills up quick, so get here before 5pm if possible. Reserved parking fills up real quick once all the free spots are taken. Someone posted on here that there wasn't a microwave, but there is. Laundry is $2.25 to wash, $1.00 to dry (60 min). Showers are nice and really clean. Considering the reviews on all the other stops around here, I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Outstanding. Thank you for a pleasant 34hour restart. I appreciate the immaculate cleanliness of the showers and the restrooms. Thanks security for allowing me to rest peacefully in my rig. Pilot employees and management thanks for the jokes and good conversation.

Their customer service is top-notch!!! I forgot my fuel card at the cashier, so the manager contacted my company (MB Global Logistics) and info was passed to me within 5 minute leaving the cashier. Thank you, Thank you!

They were very helpful to me since I am on crutches. The officer even came outside to pump my gas for me. Which was very sweet of him. The cashier actually asked him if he could pump if for me as well as opening the door for me

No ones got on a mask. Nobody bothered us about it. The girl who cleans the bathrooms does so with bare hands. We talked about it and she was so sad. The place is well stocked .
