Nice sunrise at arrival. One of the better Flying J facilities. Restroom was clean. The Rv dump and water supply were operational. VERY friendly staff at 7am! Not the case in a lot of places, so kudos! 👍

Busy location. Plenty car/truck parking. 144 spaces, 72 reserved (get yours online, security does enforce). Homestyle meals (meatloaf, chicken etc) Denny's (broccoli was delish), hot showers. "Be a Beacon of light so others can find their way. Safe and happy travels!"

I was sceptical, but the showers are gorgeous and clean, and the housekeeper- she's wonderful. They provided soap and towels (I brought my own, but it was nice) 10/10

Being in Dallas I had my doubts about the location and what to expect from this Flying J. But I was completely wrong to assume and this location by far superceded my expectations!!! Very clean, friendly staff and I'll even mention by name one of the staff members who helped me and went above and beyond to make my experience that much better!! June is her name and she is great at what she does. Customer service should be taught by her at this location. She was very friendly happy to assist everyone that came in and she definitely made me feel appreciated as a truck driver! I wish there were more people like her at other locations because it definitely sets the tempo for your visit. Great job June!!

Yes, individual RV PUMPS are available. Also, dumping, no water of any sort to clean black tank. The RV PUMP lanes are very tight. It is best to take a loop in front of store and then you can drive straight out after pumping gas and or dumping.
The usual great selection of food and other delectables. The folks are super friendly.

My husband and I are truck drivers and we just left this Pilot Flying J Store # 726 with the 3-11pm crew. The place was busy being 5:30pm but the staff had it all covered. They were efficient, upbeat and positive. We really appreciate truck stops that really cater to our needs. It has all the amenities we needed. The 2 gentlemen working the registers were really nice. I saved this as my favorite on their app. Thanks again crew.

Been here all the time. This flyingJ is super busy day or night. First come first serve basic. Shower are clean, places are clean like anything other Pilot flying j. Associate here simple, need something just ask. Sometimes shower app mess up, just ask if they have one available....

Parking always pack, remember this is Dallas we talking about. Handle it, or move on.

04/16/2021 24hr armed Patrol & someone stole a tire off my trailer.
Pros: Parking. Showers.Laundry. Food. Restrooms.
Great customer service. Blue Beacon across the street. Oil change shop around the corner.

Live near and this is by far the best gas station to stop at. Anthony my husband and I appreciate your welcome atmosphere. One of the main reasons why we come back. Also all the fresh morning waters they have made! Thanks ☺

Management are awesome, they go above and beyond to accommodate drivers, as long you conduct yourself as a professional. But I can say, young lady manager and security were great..

I parked in a 'reserved' spot and didn't pay for it, and no one made me leave.

Manager Kim is the best hands down!!!! I'm not a fan of Dallas Texas truckstops but Kim has given me a new outlook on this location!! The store is clean both my transactions were smooth!! Any manager is friendly with a purchase but only good managers are friendly with exchanges. Thank you Kim for all you did!!

We had a large group of 8 people and ate at Denny’s on Oct 7, 2021. There was only one waitress on staff and she was phenomenal. Her name is Charita. She brought all of our orders quickly and perfectly. She didn’t show the stress from being understaffed but instead she was cheerful and helpful. If there’s a way to give her a raise or promotion or something, she’s earned it. We were so blessed to have her serve us.

The best 2 ladies helped me out great attitude big smile answered all my questions. Was allowed to drop my trailer for few hrs. They are the best. Didnt catch names

We must of looked pretty rough Lenny and Me, Cause the night manager Jan I think is her name Jan and Antonio, fixed us up with a Great shower, I don't think I've ever had a better shower well a( more needed) shower any how .Thanks Jan and Antonio ! Y'all so rock ,!

Not as bad as these reviews say it is parked here for 3 days showers and restrooms reasonably clean like all truck stops have to come in at the right time to find parking...few ppl out asking for money but only once was I bothered
