Caliber Auto Care is impeccably clean, Has a wonderful sitting area with a wide screen TV, And the staff is superb with wonderful customer service. I went to this establishment after Being turned away from the Jiffy Lube around the corner from my house Eight times in two weeks When all I needed was my car inspected.. I started in July and it is August 9. I went to caliber auto care on the service road of 75 N. With no wait time and had the inspection done in probably six minutes, barely enough time to sit down And catch a few minutes On African animals on the TV. The staff could not have been friendlier and more helpful and when I tell you, this place was clean I am not exaggerating. You could eat off the floors. They do All car services and I will definitely be back. Thank you for a great experience this afternoon

They were Amazing!! My ac went out, and Steve was great! It was almost a chance I wasn't able to get same day services because I came in at lunch hour. He arranged it so I could and got me out in time to pick up my kids from school!! If you go ask for Steve!!

First time in to have my AC condenser replaced and the work took no time at all! Eric and the crew working were very helpful with having me in and out and now my AC works perfectly. Other previous shops I had been in would’ve taken 3 days to complete these repairs. I would absolutely come back to Caliber Auto Care for any other repairs in the future!

Great experience with a basic full synthetic oil change for my Chevrolet Camaro. My car is low profile, and they have a lift system that will allow for this to perform the work. Mobil is used for full synthetic changes. Clean, modern waiting room and very friendly staff. Will return.

I simply cannot say enough about the customer service that I received on the phone and in person from the two girls at the front desk. They are the epitome of customer service. Gina went above and beyond and even stayed late to make sure that I got my car when I needed it. I came by Caliber a few weeks back to get my inspection updated. The service was soo excellent that I decided to switch from my usual oil change provider and give them a try. Gina and her team were amazing! I recommend anyone reading this to go by and give them a try! You will not regret it…

UPDATE: I highly recommend this Caliber location for all of your auto needs. I have since gotten my oil changed, tires rotated, and brake and coolant fluids flushed with the same excellent service. They are friendly, efficient, proficient, and reasonably priced.

This is a great location to visit if you need a state inspection for registration renewal. My service advisor, Nick, was very friendly. The tech in the express garage greeted me right away and escorted me to the lobby while they inspected my car. I was there for 15-20 minutes maximum. Everyone was very nice. They have a comfortable and modern seating area, good coffee, and a large screen TV with popular cable shows.

I knew something was wrong with my car. I had zero idea what it was and I’m not the best at describing it. The people were patient with me, listened to my concern, and were able to find and fix the problem. I have no problem trusting them with my car.

Very professional staff / technicians! Took a Mercedes C300 in for alignment. The service price was quite reasonable. The staff / technicians was very professional and courteous! The waiting area and restroom was very, very clean! Will certainly use them in the future!

The customer service here is amazing. Staff are wonderful and make the whole process extremely simple from in-depth diagnostics to reasonable pricing. Will definitely use them again for my vehicle repair. Bailey was great both times I’ve had to have the truck in the shop!

Caliber staff (Bailey) were really good about estimate transparency and real time photos and written explanations in an email format. They did a nice break job and alignment for me and we also made a plan for future repairs that were not urgent. My vehicle is a 2008 Toyota so it has a lot of wear and tear. Thumbs up for Caliber!

All I got was a state inspection but they were fast and their facility was clean and comfortable. Employee was very friendly and even kept my Yeti for me when I accidentally left it there.

I took my 2012 Mustang to Caliber after being very disappointed with service from another shop. They did a thorough analysis & I drove out feeling very satisfied with their work. I particularly appreciated that someone rode in the car with me before I paid & left to make sure I was satisfied. They also provided detailed documentation of work done & recommendations for future maintenance, but did not push me to have more work done.
