Extended Stay America - Dallas - Plano

Stacie, Nicole and Tina are always awesome! Moved from this location after 11 months to another hotel and wasn’t pleased and came back due to the way Nicole Werner ran this property. Recommend this location to anyone and she should not be a general manager of this location. She needs to be a regional manager for extended stay.

Only spent two and a half weeks at location but had a great experience. Room was clean, had everything we wanted. They gave us dish and cookware at no additional cost. Overall solid experience with the location would highly recommend.

Not perfect, no dishes but my room is larger due to being designed to assist disabled.
That was important because I am immobile right now it's nice, spacious, and generally clean. Rails in bathroom are particularly helpful and the staff have assisted me with my Grocery delivery. Eventually they brought the Glasses, plates, silverware, and utensils.
I don't have a expectation of perfection but I am very comfortable and they the effort to afford me not only a first floor
accommodation, but a room equipped to accommodate disability. Thanks I plan a long stay.

My Stay at Extended Stay America Plano 2900 North Dallas Pkwy was excellent my service was beyond awesome ! Nicole the New Mgr made my stay so pleasant and he gets things done ✔ in a timely matter ! We got our breakfast back pool back and exercise room opened ! Now that’s excellent customer service ! Thanks for everything Craig and your Team they have been great !

The BEST extended stay in America! Period. From the moment you walk through the main entrance you’re in awe of the balcony presented on the 2nd floor as if you’re entering the White House :) Its not your typical extended stay building. I’ve stayed at over a dozen extended stays for business travel and this one has the best staff, location, amenities (pool and exercise room) and building layout both exterior and interior (the hallways are pleasantly bright with LED lamps every few feet). There is plenty of parking and extremely close next to a Saltgrass steakhouse (a few big steps) along with plenty of other places to eat and shop for every budget (24 hour McDonald’s). It’s easy to pass up as it’s located right along the busy tollway with large trees that hide the hotel but also mutes the traffic noise at all times. Nicole does an excellent job at managing the place and her staff Ali and Stacy and Michelle in housekeeping are always pleasant in dealing with any requests. Nicole is always working hard with a positive attitude both day and night. My only suggestion if staying here is to take showers early, as the hot water tends to run out closer to checkout. Cold showers are better for your immune system anyways ;) I’ve stayed at a wide range of hotels and always pick the best in their class. No other extended stay hotel or competing franchise chain comes close to what this one offers. It’s unique. This is the best. Thank you to all the staff and look forward to staying here again soon!

Journey took such great care of me on my stay here ! She was so accommodating - even when I accidentally magnetized all my room keys and they stopped working. Friendly and prompt and so helpful with any issue that may arise, or restocking my room with my favorite soap !

I would definitely recommend this hotel to others! From check-in to check-out we were completely satisfied with our stay with zero complaints. The staff is friendly and courteous, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the bed was very cozy and there was not any noise from other surrounding guests. This location is perfect as there are plenty of restaurants and shopping near by. The accommodations and the friendly staff is better than most higher end hotels and for the price, it’s definitely well worth it. We will be back!

No place is perfect, there will always be something we find unsatisfactory... but this review is focusing on the staff: Mila is very courteous and denies me nothing I ask for, Mrs Sherry Watson always greets me by name and is diligent with giving me my mail and packages constantly asking if I'm having issues or enjoying my stay, the lady who does housekeeping (forgive me, I can't recall her name) makes sure I have clean linens and is very thoughtful and my one maintenence request was handled quickly and efficiently. I have been staying here for 3mo. and I have never felt unsafe, I have seen officers patrol the area from time to time, premises are generally quiet. All in all its not a bad deal for the amenities included and the size of the rooms... if I have any issues, it is not with the staff at the location but rather the corporate higher-ups who are clearly not affected by the negative reviews of their customers.

This Extended Stay America has been AMAZING to stay at. The staff is super nice and helpful, (Sherry and Mila). The environment is very easy going and chill. My husband and I have been staying here for 3 weeks now and we have not had one issue with anything and the staff is always on point and ready to help with any situation. I recommend this hotel over any other I've stayed at.

The ladies at the front are amazing and the real reason this hotel is my favorite in the area. Karen, Katie, Sarah, Tia and the rest of the staff. They’re always very accommodating. The hotel and rooms themselves are decent. I think it’s fair to say it’s an economical hotel but the rooms are very comfy and they have a great staff. Corporate should approve a budget expansion for breakfast other than oatmeal packets and cereal bars.

This place has been one of the nicest I have stayed at over the years traveling. Sarah and KeKe are amazing. Anything you need they don’t hesitate to do what they can to get you what you need, and they do it with a smile. It’s nice to not feel unwanted at a place you’re paying to live at, and those 2 make your stay enjoyable. The Manager Tia is also amazing and always willing to help out even if she has 9 million things going on. Great place, great employees, highly recommended!

I'm telling you from experience, this is THE BEST Extended Stay around. (I've stayed at Many...) the staff is impeccable, they go above and beyond...the price is FAIR , it's worth it...the rooms are FANTASTIC...I am a current guest here, & this property really needs to be recognized ...for being awesome, all the way around. Wal Mart within walking distance, and steakhouse next door...and a POOL. I give it 6 stars out of 5.

The cleanliness of the room was excellent. Great location close to restaurants within walking distance and close to a local grocery store for personal and food needs. Love that I had the option to cook in my room. It was like a mini apartment and felt like a home away from home. I most definitely would come again.

Service was outstanding, hotel was super clean. Had no problems checking in. Manager was on it if we needed anything. Rooms were exactly what we picked, Customer service was amazing. I recommend family members to stay at this exact hotel to experience what my family did. A+

This place always makes you feel like home. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's my go to when I'm in town for work. They always treat me kindly and handle anything I need. Not to mention its very close to lots of food places. Very convenient location. Always cheap and clean. Sherry, Mila and the younger dark haired guy (can't remember his name) are so nice and always make me feel welcome!

My husband and I travel for extended periods for his work, and we stayed here for 9 months. Karen and Katie at the front desk are so friendly and helpful. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. The full size refrigerator and two burner stovetop let me cook full meals which really made it feel like home. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
