Great people. Good service. Don't bother you much when you're looking. They do ask you if you need anything if they see you to looking high and bye and good products

The employees were so nice and helpful. I didn’t catch their names, but they helped me load up a giant cat tower I really appreciate it Will be shopping there again soon

The manager, I think Dan was his name. He was so attentive an nice to us..He helped us pick out a love seat for our 39th wedding anniversary. We love it ,it is so comfy and relaxing. We hauled it 5 hrs home ROFL Our Big Lots store didnt have one like it..

Ordered a twin bed for my youngest. The furniture guy that assisted me was so helpful. He got it ordered and had it finished in no time. Picked out sheets at a good price and a couple of blankets on clearance and was done. Now on to a big girl bed when I pick up the bed. :)

Love my local Big Lots store in Union City,TN. Never have a problem finding what I'm looking for. Jay ,Crystal, Marla store manager, and all the store associates are very nice and helpful.

Great employees store is ergonomically set up. What you would expect from a Big Lots. Decent prices on what you would think. Furniture well they definitely seem to be proud of it (seems a lil expensive to me) not exactly sure of quality of furniture for price should last 20 years. Besides that great place.

Oh my goodness!! Beautiful Christmas decorations, and home furnishings, you certainly can't beat the quality and price, anywhere in this area!

This place is wonderful for decor furniture you can also buy food here home appliances just about anything you need for a home and if you have someone's birthday coming up they have pretty cool Bluetooth speakers that are reasonably priced and they're well-designed they have some that look like old jukeboxes an old record players

The best big lots in the area, associates seem to be a lot more knowledgeable, and like they actually enjoy their job and helping the sports, thanks, a smile goes a long way!!

This big lots is great. Enjoy looking around at all the selection of furniture, mattresses, and other for the home items. Never know what they might have. Staff has always been friendly here

Clean store, friendly staff. I needed help from a manager, and I did not have to wait long for it. Great revolving selection as well as the consistent inventory.

I shop there mainly for furniture... The manger over that department is awesome! Jay always go over and beyond to make sure I leave there a happy customer 😊
