I went there for my very first iconic Tiffany bracelt. All I can say is this experience was amazing. My granddaughter and I were there for over an hour while Heather made us feel like royalty. She let us try on such beautiful jewelry and made us feel like we were Queens, even for a short time. Realty is harsh after such an amazing time with our Tiffany Girl. I will be going back. Hell maybe even tomorrow. I have my eye on a ring.

My boyfriend and I had an excellent experience with Nadia today! We brought in a piece of jewelry for a cleaning and she was able to clean it (looks brand new) in the same day! She was very sweet and knowledgeable, she gave us some tips to help keep it clean. Thank you Nadia!

Always helpful, courteous and accommodating. I’ve been to this location a handful of times and I love their attention to detail. Great seating, safe atmosphere and wide assortment of jewelry. The other day I was leaving for a flight in 1 hour and was able to call and order 2 pair of earrings over the phone and pick-up in 15 minutes via curbside. As a busy mom, this was icing on the cake because I was not going to get out of the car with 2 babies under 2.

Tiffany at Legacy West took great care of us on my birthday! She was phenomenal! We enjoyed champagne and chocolates to celebrate the occasion. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you, Tiffany, for your impeccable attention to detail and making our visit memorable.

If you are looking to have a wonderful experience please visit this location. Heather was truly AMAZING!!!!! After my necklace was stolen from the W Hotel in downtown Dallas she made it easy to find a replacement similar. I will definitely be recommending for others to visit her.

I never write reviews EVER. However, this time I felt like I needed to. Tomomi helped me out today when I was purchasing a gift for my mom. We just lost one of our dogs yesterday on New Year's Day. She was so kind the second I walked in. I showed her one necklace I saw online, but didn't really like it too much in person. She showed me another one, but I asked about the double heart pendant in pink. Tomomi brought it right out for me. I also mentioned my Tiffany necklace and how the chain broke when I received it in the mail after being serviced. She told me to bring it into the store and she'll take a look at it. I normally go into the Tiffany & Co. down in Dallas at the Galleria. However, after today and the experience I had with Tomomi, I won't go to any other Tiffany & Co. location except for this one! <3

Best experience by far!!!! Took my mom in for a little shopping experience just to browse and we were treated like royalty!!! Champagne, try ons. It was as if we had our own personal shopping AT TIFFANYS!!! We stayed almost 3 hours we had so much fun and were treated so well. I cannot say enough amazing things about this new store, its staff, and the all around experience. Yall need to go and be sure to see Heather Norris! She will take the best care of you like she did us! I cannot thank her enough and I AM SO IN LOVE with my new ring! I had THE BEST customer service experience ever at this boutique! I came in looking for a gift for my partner and Ionna (my salesperson)showed me several options that were all great. She’s very personable and really took time to understand what I was looking for. Please ask for her when visiting this location.

I had a good experience here. I went in to find something for my girlfriend. The sales person was very helpful, and my girlfriend loved her new jewelry. I will be back, bc my girlfriend is greedy, and likes fancy things.
