ProCompounding Pharmacy

I just started using ProCompounding Pharmacy one month ago. It has been a great experience so far. They kept me updated, explained my medication in a way I could understand, and made sure to answer all of my questions. I'm looking forward to doing business with them for the long haul!

I was on Premarin for years which did not work well until my pc recommend HRT with procompounding. I am very glad she did. My symptoms are under control bc my hormone levels are checked. My skin no longer has terrible breakouts including cyst-like acne. And they give a military discount! The overall cost is cheaper than what my copayment was for premarin. Thank you ProCompounding!!!

Our cat Miss U.T. has been on Medicine that the Pro Componding has been making for her Nyperthyroidism for about 4 yrs . Her levels are checked by our Vets and We couldn't be Any more pleased ...steady and keeping her well at age 18yrs! PRO totally delivers the Best in compounded product and with Personal care for her health! They are truely the BEST in pet meds. Alway very courteous and always helpful. The last prescription I received by mail was very late but that was because of the US Postal Service and not a fault of the pharmacy staff. The pharmacy gave me their tracking number and made it as easy as possible for me to find my prescription. I like these people.

This pharmacy has the most professional and nicest staff. I have an Umbrella Cockatoo (Lula Bell) who takes Levetiracetam. She has been on it for a year, and I am proud to say that she has been seizure free. Thank you for your wonderful service.

I have had two prescriptions filled by mail with your pharmacy and have been most pleased with the service and the professionalism of the staff. What a nice surprise to receive my second prescription with a complimentary tote bag from your store. It is REFRESHING to interact with your staff because of the courtesy ALWAYS extended to me. Thank you for making it so easy to fill prescriptions via the mail. Most pharmacies would never bother to conduct business this way and I can tell you it is most appreciated.

This pharmacy is absolutely amazing! They really care about there customers! We needed a difficult medication for her 3 year old they other compounding pharmacy closer to us told us 3 days they made it happen in less than 3 hours also changed it to a flavor she liked and due to issues her medication had to be altered three times they were so good to do it every single time and help with every part of it. I can't say enough about this pharmacy everybody there has been so nice and helpful!!! We are so grateful to have them!

The people that work here are wonderful. They are efficient, personable. I used them for my cat's medicine who is no longer with us and they were so nice and caring and sympathetic. Thank you for everything.

I had a script filled here after Nashville compounding pharmacist where I live could not explain nor make recommendations. Tandy at Procompounding did an incredible job explaining his clinical recommendations. I was impressed with the speed and info related to my script getting filled, and the superior professionalism shown to me.

Very thoughtful assistance in speaking with the pharmacists regarding my prescription. James, Kristen, and another I interacted with, were all very professional and listened to some questions and suggestions I had.
Their pricing is fair, considering Florida was quite higher.
Shipping by Federal Express is available, which keeps the Rx from melting during transport.
I certainly appreciate the courtesy, and would recommend this Pharmacy to anyone looking to fill a compounded medication.

Best customer service that I have ever experienced and they saved me a lot of money. Kristin was the most kind and helpful person and went to great effort to assist me. This was my second time dealing with these great folks. I was paying $14.30 per pill for gout meds and these people compounded a better perscription for $1.50 per pill, and get this, they have free shipping! Honestly I thought customer service like this was a thing of the past. Highly recomend them for value, professionalism and just plain old niceness.

I was having a problem understanding some issues I had never experienced before regarding a new prescription. I was clueless and the questions I was asking were hard to answer because I didn't really know what to ask. Thank goodness for Kala and "T". Everyone has been so pleasant and kind. They have worked with my doctor and helped me get some relief without having to take steroids for the first time in over a year. My family had covid last year and I now have problems keeping my eosinophil levels down. I was facing sinus surgery and this looks to be at least postponing surgery for the time being. My taste and smell are also returning. The fact that this pharmacy has listened to all of my issues and truly cared, means more than they’ll ever know. They also helped us get everything worked out when our insurance wasn’t wanting to cover the prescription. If you’re looking for people that care and want to help, this is the place. I’m so thankful for the people at ProCompounding Pharmacy.

Having moved about 200 miles from Johnson City about 6 months ago, I've been getting an Rx shipped to my new address. With a phone call to them the Rx is at my door in 1-2 days. They've been great - professional, efficient and friendly service.
