Best Buy

The last two times I've been here was when I took my daughter so she could buy a laptop, and again when she wanted a new iPhone. Both times we were assisted by helpful and friendly associates that helped us get exactly what we came for, without being pushy or trying to upsell or to get us to look at things outside of our price range or specified needs and preferences.

Daniel was very helpful in my decision making when buying my new 65" tv. Best Buy is lucky to have him as an employee. He gave me the info and the confidence to make my pick of tv's. The store I visited is in Johnson City, Tn.

On Tues., March 12th, I had an excellent experience with employee Vicki. She helped me with a number of issues and didn’t rush me to help other customers. I want to only deal with Vicki from now on.

Robin helped me with the transfer of data from my vintage cell phone to a new gifted one from Mother's Day. She was very patient and respectful and helped me understand how to do it in the future. She regaled me with Oliver stories...her tuxedo cat.

Overall good experience. Store layout was very clean and organized. Mostly a good customer service experience some team members need a little work lol

Remote start system purchased and installed at BB in JC. Unit had some issues and eventually needed service/diagnostic. Prompt customer service all around in taking care of the issues.

They move things around a lot, but I grabbed a worker and they took me right to the product and an alternate. Very helpful.

Just had a great experience here with employee Shawn. He took the time to listen to what I needed, took me back to find it, and even double checked to be sure it was the right thing. He was professional, courteous and kind. He was a bright spot in a really bad day for me and put me in a better mood. Thanks Shawn! I hope your bosses appreciate you.

I highly recommend the headphone warrantee. They will replace them if broken.

Had a TERRIBLE time with Home Depot trying to buy a washer and dryer I never received and Best Buy even got it in a couple days early. Great curbside service, was there less than 5 minutes and that was loading a huge washer and dryer onto a trailer. Perfect service!

We bought our daughter a new laptop for her high school graduation and before going to college. Our associate helping us was super friendly, down to earth, super smart about computers. He never talked above our heads and put everything in terms we understood. Would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a computer or pretty much anything that plugs into an electrical outlet. He was not pushy and not trying up sell what we were there to buy.

Honestly this place is great. I buy stuff from here all the time and more than you would think is necessary I have to return (sometimes I just don't know if a thing is going to impress me as much in person as it does when I see it on the app). All of the staff does a great job of convincing me they don't care about the extra work I give them lol. They're honestly always friendly, very knowledgeable, and when necessary the management shows up to go out of their way for me as well. This is why I always keep best buy as my first shopping option over places like target and Walmart.
Great staff and great prices with their deal of the day and member pricing, what more could you ask from them.

I only used there Geek Squad installation to have a remote starter installed in my car.
The installation was perfect, timely, and the people were incredibly knowledgeable and courteous.

Enjoyed shopping iphone and LG TV. Disappeared for TV warranty as promised. I brought additional warranty but but when I got email, it's not what they told me. Not giving any paper, so don't know what we'll get. Needs to be corrected.

My ten year old T.V. started acting up and I was in need of a new one. I live an hour south of this store. I went to my local Walmart to look for a T.V. and had many questions as I didn't know current technology. After standing around at Walmart waiting for a clerk who was busy doing cell phones, pictures and ringing up customers, I knew the wait was going to be long and I might not get someone who knew a lot about T.V.s. I decided to see if there was a Best Buy near. Off to Johnson City I drove. I was standing by the T.V.s and the store was fairly busy, but within 5 minutes an employee was asking if they could help. I told the employee (Jaylen) what I wanted the T.V. to have. Within another 10 minutes I was at the register buying my new T.V.. The Lady at the checkout was so helpful. I knew I wanted an extended warranty and she answered my questions as well as got me in the Best Buy system. Once I got home I signed up on the Best Buy website and was very pleased to see my warranty was listed so no need to keep my receipt for five years. The T.V. only cost four dollars more than the Walmart one I was looking at, plus my gas to get to Johnson City. Well worth me driving. I'm very pleased that it was so easy and not stressful worrying if I got the right T.V..

I went in looking for a computer that could run some games while being good for school and Ryan was a huge help. He was very nice and he answered all of my questions with ease and great knowledge. If you were looking to buy a computer at this best buy i would recommend talking with him.
