Tire Store and Service Center

Broke down with a flat tire in the area and couldn’t get the wheel off due to a loose stud Called the shop and they said to bring it on over. The owner personally came out and worked on it himself as he knew we were a transportation company and we’re trying to get back on the road as quick as possible. He got us back up and going on the road in an hour and was truly a life saver. I highly recommend his shop for any tire needs you as you would be very happy with the excellent service they provide!

Just purchased my 5th set of tires from these guys. Always receive great service and fair pricing. Keeping my money local is a plus.

They was busy..but I didn't wait more then 20 min.
For same problem you need to wait couple hours on a big tire services (like TA shop..) ..and big shop will charge you double.

The Tire Store and Service Center staff saved our Thanksgiving! Our car began misfiring on I-24 outside Monteagle, TN during our drive from Athens, GA to be with family in Milwaukee, WI for the holiday. We tried first to repair the situation on our own, but were sold the wrong parts. The problem got worse and we limped into Tire Store and Service Center without much hope of getting help the day before a holiday. However, the staff there took us in, listened to our situation, diagnosed the problem correctly, got the right parts in less than an hour, and got us back on the road in time to still make our trip. Better still, they figured out how to get a refund on the bad parts that we had been sold earlier that day! Unbelievable! We had never been to Decherd TN before, but we will always remember and be thankful for the exceptional service and sincere consideration that we received there.

Wonderful service and amazing people. Will be a return customer forever. These people are honest and go out of their way to be a respectable owned business. Took my car to Walmart they said the tire must be replaced that it was not patchable. My husband was on his way home seen they were still open after hours so just stopped to ask. Not only could it be patched but they stayed just to fix it for us. Thank you Smith family and workers. You were a blessing to us. We got caught out of town in need of all new tires. The odd size made it difficult to find any that fit. When I called the Tire Store, they didn't have my size in stock but said they could get them there by 1PM on the same day!! If it weren't for their valuable customer service, we would have stayed stranded for a couple more days. So friendly and courteous, I can't recommend them enough.

Well had nails in all 4 tires was suppose to check all four fix and give me price on new tires. They plugged just 3 tires forgot about the 4th and never got an estimate. I thought they were high considering. And the front counter lady wasn't very friendly. Now about 2 months later used them for a front end alignment totally different experience. Very friendly front desk. Got me in and out. Fair pricing. Changing it to a 5 star
