Went to buy acrylic sheets, 8x10. The price on them was fantastic for a local place. Everyone was very helpful, the store was extremely clean and well ordered.

Got this beautiful chair on clearance for $94, saved $284! We didn't know we were buying a chair today and are thrilled with this purchase.

Spoke with Manager James about a project we were having on our farm for school children and he was glad to help. I’m so glad to have the support of our local Lowe’s store. I’ll continue bypassing the other store that’s in between my home and this store because of the customer service they provide. To top off that great service Kim was there to make sure I received those items and help me load them into my truck.

I had one of the best experiences today at Lowe's! I had two gentlemen who helped me so tremendously Mr Ralph in the plumbing department and Mr Eric in the Appliance Department.

Everyone here was nice from the start. I was there last week for a kitchen layout for new cabinets, and Miss Cathy was super sweet and so helpful. I'm so pleasantly surprised at this Lowe's.

April in returns today, 12/02/22, was very nice and helpful. She seemed very genuine and kind, enough for me to want to come and give a review. Just really great at her job. I hope her effort is recognized.

There are a lot of very knowledgeable people here, who do an amazing job of giving directions to the product you need/are looking for. After working at the local tractor supply, very regrettably, customers should understand, it is the job of employee's to know where things are, but it is not the employee's job to know everything about everything. They don't get paid enough to be an expert on every subject, especially in such a huge store as theirs. So if they do give advice, know that can take a good amount of effort and dedication from them.

Even however don't have one in Winchester I will waste the gas to bypass homedepot due to there lack of knowledge and respect of there employees

If they don't have what you need, they can ship and have it in a couple of days.

Ordered a vinyl fence and had it installed. Their installers did a great job. I like having my veterans discount being tied to my store credit card.

The most friendly and helpful Lowe's in the state of Tennessee. I highly recommend this store.

Love spring time and love getting and trying out new varieties of flowers. Lowe's always has a nice selection. Of course prices are higher than last year. Overall a great place.

The staff at this location does a great job. Their project knowledge is great for recommending the tools and materials for the job. Veterans receive discounts and I always find something new to add to my “next time I’m here.” list.

Staff is super friendly!! All the employees, especially Amanda, the front end manager, went above and beyond to help me with an issue I was having! If you're ever remodeling or a doing a do it yourself project, this is the place to go! Perfect customer relation skills! Will definitely be back! Lowe’s in Tullahoma by far has the best customer service of any that I’ve been to. Specifically the personnel in the outdoor lawn and garden area. We’ve been here 3 times this week with larger orders. Very helpful and all with great attitudes. Wish we had this kind of service in our home town. Makes me want to live here on a permanent basis.

We buy most of our home improvement products at Lowe's, so it was a no-brainer to go there when we needed new windows and gutters for our home.

Brian was a great representative of the company. From taking the measurements, explaining the details, and answering our questions about the process and contract, he was pleasant and professional, making us feel like our business was the most important part of his day.

We highly recommend going to Lowe's for your home improvement needs.

Took my new pup here yesterday for socializing and all the employees were so sweet and helpful . I don’t think there was one employee I passed who didn’t ask if I needed help or wanted to help me socialize my pup 🙏🏻 one man even helped me clean a mess I had made which was extremely sweet. I want to thank two very nice gentlemen at the Lowe's store in Tullahoma. I am a 71 year old woman and these 2 nice young gentlemen helped me so much. Keep up the great work, ( I hope i their names correctly)Ethan and Dennis! They were so informative and showed me the area where I needed to go, even wrote it down on a piece of paper to make it easier for me. Thank you Lowe's for hiring these 2 young men.
