The staff is so wonderful to work with. If there are any issues, they fix them without complaining or excuses. They are a great team and all I ever see from them is cohesiveness. Above and beyond my expectation with products and team.

Needed a hospital bed for my uncle who has been in the medical field his whole life. Outstanding service and manners by an employee by the name River Crane. Even went out of the way and helped mover furniture for my family. Recommend anyone who needs any type of medical service to choose MTR!

I had 5500 people working for me before I retired and then I did private consulting in large and small companies. Customer service was always at the top of list to excel and improve upon daily! I know a bit about outstanding customer service and based on my experience, so does Middle Tennessee Respiratory!

I have read all of the reviews and focused on the negative reviews. I wasn’t there and cannot dispute others reality, but, based on my experience as a customer, I would give them six stars if I could! Like every company, they aren’t perfect, but they try hard to be the best in customer service. Yes, I had one little nit that wouldn’t even make most folks radar, but, I did let management know as a courtesy and found that my nit had immediately disappeared on my next visit!

I have had some learning and mask issues as a new CPAP user and would have overstayed my welcome in any business as I think I was a real pain in the butt, yet, Amy kept reassuring me that my satisfaction was more important than anything else and has stayed patient where all others would have given up! Thank you Darrell and Amy for truly outstanding customer service! I am shocked that anyone could give you less than a five star review! I am confident, that if any dissatisfied customer had let management know, they would have responded in a rapid and professional manner!

The customer service was above & beyond. I am so grateful we found this place as we searched for a “sleep” recliner. Donna helped us find the right lift chair for our elderly mother/grandmother and treated us so well through the whole experience. The delivery drivers were very timely and helpful as well. It’s the kind of small town experience you hope for!

It's been about a year since my last rating of Middle Tennessee Respiratory and the only thing that has changed is that they keep getting better! A very special shout out to Darrell and Donna for providing me the exceptional service that they would provide for their own family. I just got out of lengthy hospital stay in Nashville and had some urgent requirements for a special lift chair. Darrell and Donna were on it and had it set up when I got home from hospital! They (all employees at Middle Tennessee Respiratory) could write the book on exceptional customer care. Thank you for making a difficult time so much better!

Great folks and any of the equipment you may need

I have pulmonary fibrosis from COVID-19 4 years ago and I need soft hoses I can't remember the part number but anyways I haven't had much luck with this company and I get the run around Everytime I ask there employees they act like they don't know what I'm talking about and I had to go in my house and unplug a hose and ask them if they could feel the differences and finally she said yes but she still didn't know what to do I was also promised a portable oxygen machine which I never received and again they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about just take my advice from someone who has been through 2 oxygen companies get it in writing because they will tell you anything to get you on a contract with your insurance company so I guess now I'm going to have to try to find another company to go to. SMH, UPDATE I stopped by when I had to go to Winchester and talked to the owner and I can't remember his name but he was nice and tried to help me but I left with one nasal hose and some ear protectors for the hose and was promised he would find me some high flow soft nasal hoses?

My mother was diagnosed with Pulmonary Fibrosis (Interstitial Lung Disease) about four years ago. If any of you know ANYTHING about PF it is that it is a harshly aggressive disease that literally stalls all lung function. The medical needs of my mother consisted mostly of oxygen (in the beginning) which, needing assistance to BREATHE is no joking matter.
My mom was an employee for the State of Tennessee for nearly 30 years, so as you should suspect, she had phenomenal healthcare and plenty of personal financial capability. HOWEVER anytime she needed tanks refilled, her concentrater serviced, or even towards the end of her illness when she was needing new medical supplies, she found herself having to call and make requests and often found herself having to justify through MTR, why she would be needing more air. Not once did she want any special treatment or favors. But yet they couldn't even treat her like a fair paying customer. Not to mention. The overall chance of suffocation due to lack of oxygen is TERRIFYING. yet the employees of Middle TN Respitratory failed to show any sort of remorse or compassion towards their customers.
Literally any phone call she made, the employees were consistently rude and showed little bedside manner.
I would suggest starting a business that doesn't hold resources to sustain and improve human lives if you are going to be so impersonal and disrespectful to your clients.
My mother passed away a week and a half ago, and although she didnt want me to make a scene while it was going on, I have absolutely no fear of informing everyone in the F.C. areas to steer clear and take your loved ones somewhere that the staff if better prepared for such tender situations.

Assured me that 80% of my CPAP would be covered under insurance. Somehow managed to mishandle the insurance filing so that none of it was covered. I should have driven a few more miles for more competent service.
