Pet Paradise Cary

Our golden retriever did not like to go in our pool. There is a doggy pool here and imagine my delight and surprise when I picked her up and she was a bit wet. She went in with the other dogs! Also grooming was great. She is so soft and looks amazing. Staff is very attentive and friendly!

Boarded my dog for an initial stay over Christmas, but had to move the reservation super last minute due to weather. The staff were incredibly helpful and made the whole process super easy on genuinely everything. (I was expecting I'd have to cancel it, but I got super lucky that they had extra availability a little further out!)

Never worried about my dog while he was there, cause I was always able to pop in and check the camera every now and again. Saw him a couple of times playing and being loved on during individual play times ♥. Extra peace of mind knowing they have a vet on site as well if he ever needed it. now that I'm home and less flustered from the holiday chaos, I learned they even have an app that could have made things EVEN easier. I can even check the cameras on it too!

I've almost always boarded with my vet before, but will definitely be boarding here from now on, thanks to all the staff that made the stay and reservation so easy! <3

Edit cause I forgot an important note: my dog is super anxious, and has high separation anxiety. He also gets defensive around other dogs on occasion if he's feeling super anxious. (He won't hurt a fly, just gets snarly and barky. Classic dachshund move) Pet paradise was able to fully accommodate this! He was by himself for the stay so he wouldn't bother/scare any other doggies, and he got to be played with each day by a member of staff to make sure he had some good attention and love 💕

We boarded our dog through sit means sit dog training. It was the first time boarding him and we were very nervous. Rachel Perez, the assistant manager couldn’t have made our experience any better!! She was so sweet giving us updates and loving on our fur baby. He genuinely looked happy and loved in all the pictures we saw. We would definitely feel comfortable boarding with them again!

The staff are very nice and professional. Love having the cameras to see Moose playing and having a great time! Have to add since my previous review I've boarded my cat and throughout the day they go in and play with her.. one person even held her and carried her around petting on her. 😍 The people in the dog area aren't quite as engaged, but with the cats it's one on one so that makes it a little easier for them to spend more quality time than with the dogs. They also give good feedback at pick up which shows me they are paying attention to him.

They are absolutely phenomenal. I could not say enough nice things about this place. They have been taking excellent care of my dog Maggie for the past couple of months. We visit at least twice a week for day camp so no complaints here.

We will continue to visit here regularly and spread the good word of their excellent customer service. They do a great job with my Maggie too 😊

We use Pet Paradise for both daycare and boarding. My last experience was for daycare. My dog came home happy and tired - which means a fun day. The staff is very professional and treat the dogs in their care like their own.

Pet Paradise has been great to work with. With busy work schedules, we decided to look into a day camp option for our aussiedoodle. We’ve been sending Daisy to Pet Paradise for the past three months and have been really pleased with our experience. The staff always says Good Morning to Daisy and makes us feel welcomed and cared for. I know she’s in good hands because she’s so excited to go each morning. Along with their day camp we’ve also utilized their vet services and grooming department. All have been great!

The staff here are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I had to go on a trip and it was a trip I didn't want to go on and couldn't take my dog. I was so sick about it. I took her here for a meet the family day and then next day I dropped her off for boarding. The staff reassured me multiple times that she would be okay and they would take good care of her. They texted me updates, one of which I got while I was getting on the plane and really helped me be at peace. They are very trustworthy and helpful which is the only reason I was at peace enough to start to enjoy some of the trip when we landed. I'm very thankful for the staff and I appreciate all of them for working with my dog. She's a senior and a little bit snappy but they still took care of her and helped her. Thank you so much to the staff ❤

Excellent oversight and playtime of my dog. Staff was so friendly and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with her first stay ever at a pet hotel while on family vacation. Very reasonably priced and had her groomed and trimmed while she was there. Another great job with those services as well.

The staff at Pet Paradise treat your pet as their own. As the owner of a rather spoiled Goldendoodle, he is treated wonderfully and given plenty of attention and love while he is boarding. The facility is well maintained and very clean. There is veterinary staff on-site in the event your pet is not feeling well. I would highly recommend Pet Paradise.

I always have a hard time putting trust into doggie day cares due to my dogs temperament but the staff here has always been so understanding and patient with him and work with him, They even go out of their way to get to know you and your dog’s personality. I have tried other places for doggie daycares for him (due to moving jobs) and have been completely dissatisfied. No place will ever compare to pet paradise and I will always recommend them to anyone.

We adopted our dog about month ago. It was becoming increasingly obvious that she hadn't had much socializing, so we started her in daycare. The staff here is wonderful. She was very shy and scared at first, but the staff didn't give up. By the afternoon session she was running around with everyone! I'd recommend this place to anyone!

I’m sure mistakes happen every now and then. My experience with Pet Paradise and Cary has always been very good. I’d be very mad if something happened to one of my dogs they’re like my children. And it’s been very hard for me to find a place that I feel comfortable with them staying at when I pull up my dog. Can’t wait to get in, that’s very important to me. God bless all of your dogs.

We brought Milo to the Cary Pet Paradise for his introductory free day. We've booked him to stay there overnight when we go out of town in a few weeks, and we wanted to be sure this was a good placement. We were given a tour and saw a variety of boarding options, then we watched the dogs playing. They all seemed to be happy and full of energy. During the rest of the day, we checked in online and were able to watch Milo playing and interacting with the other dogs. We feel comfortable that he'll have a great time there when we're away.

Excellent customer service and care for my cat. They called me less than 36 hours after dropping off my cat because they were concerned about his not eating as he should. They requested permission to provide wet food and agreed to sit with him because I told him he treasures interacting with humans. After that, things were fine and my cat was in excellent condition - physically and emotionally when I picked him up. This is my only choice for pet boarding!

It's a one stop shop. It has a vet clinic, doggie daycare, boarding and a grooming salon!!
Staff is friendly and always trying to improve and make sure every furry baby is taken care of as if it were their own fur baby.
My pups always come home exhausted and tired from day camp, and they're always taken care of when they're boarding. I love being able to watch them play on the tiny town cameras
Dr. Silva and the vet staff at a New Day have always given my pups the best care since I started bringing them there as well.
And last but not least the grooming Salon has always delivered prestige and gorgeous haircuts! My pups are always coming home looking fresh and smelling squeaky clean!

--I see Improvements--
To follow our exceptional vet, I transferred my dogs to Pet Paradise Cary. We wanted to have the vet and boarding services at the same place to save time, but the first couple of times I tried the boarding service I was disappointed due to multiple reasons. I struggled to make the decision whether I would board them here just one more time for a week, but ultimately I made the decision because of the vet.
It is so nice to see their improvement this time. Every day I checked the live cam, a young man named Noah impressed me with his passion for all dogs. He dances with dogs, hugs them as if they were his own, and plays fetch with dogs who enjoy it. Moreover, when we picked up our dogs, the assistant manager knew who we were and updated our dogs' situations immediately without asking. I'm so glad those passionate staff restored my faith in this place.
I do see their improvements and thanks to those hard-working people, and I look forward to seeing you again soon.

After reading the mixed reviews, I decided to give Pet Paradise a try for boarding my dogs for 3 days and I couldn't be happier. I did not opt for a report card but still received a call every day updating me on my dogs. They were very obviously well loved and cared for. The people were super nice, the facility was clean and inviting, and when I picked up my dogs, they seemed happy and healthy. Not to mention you just cannot beat the price for everything this includes. Other reviewers said something about their dogs smelling like urine upon pick-up but that was not the case for my dogs. I actually anticipated it, but was pleasantly surprised. We will be using Pet Paradise for day camp and all our boarding needs in the future.

My dogs (have 3) LOVE this place! The staff does a great job of making sure each dog's personality is registered. The group sessions make me cry as my dogs don't get to play with other dogs.

I took my one year old lab there for her temperament test day last week. It's a little bit out of the way for me before work, but was excited for her to try the large pool. She had an absolute blast and it was fun being able to watch her on the Webcams. I was a little unsure about the all indoor setting because she loves to be outside. However, she tends to run hot pretty quickly in the warmer months, so I think the temperature controlled environment is a plus in that sense. I found all of the staff to be very nice and professional. We will definitely be back for more pool days!
