It was a good experience. We purchased the tickets 🎟 online days before and the food the day of prior to getting to the theater. The drinks and entree arrive separately, which can be a bit annoying if the entree us first. But the food is good and it's a great experience.

Of course the FOOD is WAY OVER PRICED bring your own snacks. (Eat before you arrive is an option ... plenty of places to chose of for food in area.) But the movie-going experience was awesome 😎. Theater is clean. Comfortable with recliners and excellent views from seats to screen. Had a great time here!

My family went to "BigD" theater. Very nice and comfortable. Wednesday was not crowded at the 6:30pm showing. Tuesday's have discounted tickets. We payed online and reserved our seats. I paid for the $15 a year premier membership. Online orders then did not have a fee other than the tickets cost and tax. The price is similar to any other theater. The burger/fries are made to order and were delicious. The chicken tenders in the kids meal were a little spicy for my daughter. The rows of seats are spaced apart more so than a regular theater. It was a great experience overall for us. The seats recline into multiple positions with buttons on the arm rest. The button on front of arm rest calls an employee. Our food and drinks/refills were brought to us. We never had to get up. It reminded me of like a Sonic. The pretzel bites were ok but not great and small portion. The ones we get at the Cary mall just outside the Dave&Buster's are alot better. I highly recommend checking out this theater. We definitely will be back.

Despite previous negative reviews, my friend & I had a POSITIVE experience at AMC Holly Springs. We took our kiddos to see their first movie! Everyone staff member we encountered was friendly. The bathrooms were clean. The seating area was clean, comfortable & spacious! Food (we preordered with our tickets prior to our visit) and it was delivered promptly after we checked-in and were seated. Popcorn was ok and it would be fun to go up to the counter to get it while it's fresh & warm! But the delivery service to your seat was super convenient. We'll be back for sure! Our experience was positive probably because we went on a week day and it wasn't crowded!

This was our first time here and it was perfect from beginning to end.
We purchased the tickets online and the check-in was easy....just showed my code and the young lady explained where the theater was and where to order food (due to Covid, you now order food at the counter and then they bring it to you instead of ordering while seated).
The gentleman at the bar, John, was so patient and helpful when we ordered our food and drinks. The staff that brought everything was friendly and efficient.
The entire theater, including the bathrooms, was spotless with very nice decor. The seating was comfortable and roomy.
We can't wait to come back! Thank you everyone.

My favorite movie theater. Always clean. Comfortable seats. Great acoustics, surround sound. The experience is awesome. The food is ok, but it's expected cause it's just a movie theater. The staff is friendly. Grab a soda and some popcorn and lay back and watch movie.

Quick service. Yummy popcorn with extra butter on the side without asking. Awesome seating. Great matinee discounts!

This is a really nice theater and very welcome to the area. Holly Springs really needed something like this. The screens are really nice and the seating is roomy and comfortable. I especially like that they almost fully recline unlike a lot of places.

They offer food at your seat. The food is good, not great, but I've enjoyed what I've had. The sliders were particularly good.

There is a bar, too. From what I understand they have a decent selection of beer too.

One of the best theaters I have ever been in. Very nice seating and great customer service. Also really nice clean place to enjoy watching movie. I have been going back multiple times.

Great service and very clean. The seats are light colored which, to me, enhances the cleanliness- they also recline and have swinging trays. They deliver everything to your seat including drinks and popcorn. The popcorn wasn’t fresh, but the churros were amazing. Will for sure return.

Seats are comfortable. Theater is clean. Staff are friendly. Good selection of beer and food. Everything I've had tastes great; just wish they would cook their burgers rare.

I love this place! The seats are so comfy. However, my last visit the dine in service was poor. I ordered my food prior to our movie but did not receive it til 2 hours later and when I asked to check the status on the order was basically told we are busy and if you don't get your food by the end of your show we will refund your money. Which I understand but I think it could have been handled better.

I really enjoy the reclining seats, movie was great! You have to make sure you order your food at the front counter

This was an awesome experience that my wife & I shared. Haven't really been doing much going out, so for our third time out in over 2 years this was very encouraging. Clean environment, staff was extremely friendly & accommodating. The meal was the best we've had from any location outside of home, those we're the best fries we've had ever. The meal was hot & fresh delivered to us while we enjoyed a good movie & the fruity drinks were also a nice treat. We enjoyed our date nite & this location made it that much more fun.
Thanks guys for an awesome experience.

I love it. Only thing my seat didn't recline everyone eles was laid back. Row E saet 18. Still had great time.

Excellent service. The staff was polite and helpful. We order sodas, popcorn and a milkshake. They forgot the milkshake but when I mentioned it, one of the servers went out of his way to make sure we got it. The theater was clean as well as the ladies room.

My go-to theater. Big reclining chairs, nice screens, everything you could hope for. Get AMC stubs. It pays for itself by waving online fees for getting tickets ahead of time.

Great place to see a movie! Food was good and hot but very small portions. 10-bite size mozzarella sticks, 6-chicken wings, large soda, juice, small bag of bite size kit-kats. $43.

Most comfortable seats, leather and reclinable. Clean restrooms, very modern & upscale. If you want a good vodka pineapple go to Texas roadhouse
