Auntie Anne's

Hanging out at the mall today and wanted Auntie Anne's and I will say first off, the staff was fantastic. They greeted me with a smile. They were actually the only people that spoke, smiled and acted like they wanted o be at work after going into several stores without even a nod and smile let alone a " hello". In this day and age where customer service doesn't exist, I definitely appreciate the staff.

The team and the service are absolutely Great. Manager helped me with a special order and it was GREATLY APPRECIATED. Will be back soon!

Crystal is a real one. We had a glitch for our birthday rewards and she still gave it to us. The customer service is amazing!

It was National Pretzel Day, and my wife and I stopped by to get a free pretzel. We didn't know that a coupon was required for the deal, but the manager, Oliver, offered to cover the cost of our pretzel. We would've been perfectly fine paying the cost for the pretzel; however, he didn't hesitate to take care of us. Thank you, Auntie Anne's and Manager, Oliver! Friendly staff, and great food. We will come visit again soon!

Stood in line and wanted a pepperoni pretzel but they were out, said they'd make more so I came back after 20 minutes, but just my luck they gave the last pretzel to the woman in front of me! The nice man working there told me it'd be another ten minutes so I came back again and he just gave me the pretzel for free. I felt bad about taking it but also very grateful to him. I didn't get his name but thank you!

I always have a pleasant experience. If you’re a good CUSTOMER, they’re good employees. It’s never one-sided, as these one/two-star reviewers make it seem.
