Mavis Tires & Brakes

I have been a customer of Mavis for some time and have consistently found their work to be excellent at competitive prices. Today, I visited for my state inspection, and I was impressed by the prompt service I received. James quickly assisted me without an appointment, demonstrating exceptional customer service. His help was greatly appreciated!

Huge shoutout to Aaron! He was working on 2 vehicles when I arrived with my truck that had a flat. He asked what was needed, got the keys and went to work. Not only did he fix the flat but also corrected another issue that he caught! Can’t thank you enough for your hard work and it does not go unnoticed!

Everything was perfect!! The nice lady at the front desk was very reliable and knew what she was doing. Had got a nail in one of my tires while I was out and about. Mavis was right in the neighborhood. They took me right away and was out less than 45 mins. They even let me bring my groceries inside while I wait. (90 degrees outside). Also the prices was very reasonable and fair. Would definitely come back again for my car needs.

My friend need 4 tires today and when we called the store Mr James answered the phone. He was very nice and professional. When we got there he greeted us with a smile and made us feel comfortable about buying tires. Mr. James did a wonderful job providing us with what we needed, and got us out in a decent amount of time. I would definitely tell my friends to go there if they need anything.

Staff super nice & very helpful. I had something hanging down under front of car. I wasn't sure what it was or where to go to get it fixed. I stopped by Mavis Tire & Brakes. They identified the problem & fixed it very fast. I plan to go there in the future for my car service & tire needs!

I went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and an inspection and everyone was just so kind. They took extra time (and didn’t charge me) to ensure that another issue didn’t go unaddressed. I’ve moved across town and pass several shops to get to these guys every single time.

They provided excellent and prompt service, they all were especially kind. Provided really reasonable pricing. Even fed me lunch while I was waiting.
The woman at the front desk was very social and kind I enjoyed her company as I waited ❤. I enjoyed the atmosphere all around definitely would recommend their services

Amazing customer service from everyone I came in contact with working in the shop.

I was a walk on a Saturday morning at the end of the month for an inspection and oil change and I even had my toddler with me. I was seen almost immediately and the details of what was recommended were thorough and easy for me to understand. Overall great experience!

I had the unfortunate experience of getting a nail in my tire while visiting from PA. From the person I first spoke to on the phone, to the manager, tech, and checkout person, everyone was amazing. They truly gave the best customer service and did everything they could to get me back on the road. Everything was explained, I was shown what was wrong, and they talked through all options. They all made a crappy situation so much better. This location will definitely be my go-to when I’m in the area.

James and the team at Mavis over on yopp always give us the best care! We have a few vehicles and will, without question, always take them over to Mavis for tire services. Thanks guys!

Great service and great price for a set of tires. I called around and everyone had to order my tires except Mavis they had my tires in stock and told me to come on over. I highly recommend them.

Malissa was extremely helpful!. My family has been coming here for tires for a couple years now and we’ll definitely continue to do so. They quickly found my tire leak and was able to fix it with no problems!

Called Mavis yesterday and talked to a Melissa. I told her my check engine light was on and had found out prior to calling them it was due to a my battery needing replaced and I was afraid to shut it off. She told me I could come in and get it done. And this was on a short notice too. Thankfully for them I got it done and I may add to it was in no time. This has been my shop to go to now for over a year. I've gotten my tires here and my oil changes as well. Definitely will keep coming back

Aaron was fantastic at Mavis on Yopp Rd. He went above and beyond!! Gia was also fantastic at the desk!! Definitely recommend!!!!

Went in for road noise coming from my tires. They inspected the tires and suspension for me at no charge. Very nice people and great service. Highly recommend them!!

The store was friendly am easy to work with. They were able to fit me in for a same day last minute inspection. The

Melissa and James were so helpful with vehicle services and accommodating with me having to push back my appointment time. Mech was also very nice and respectful at pickup. Would give a bonus star if it were an option.

Honestly phenomenal experience!!
I had to get two tires replaced. I thought i scheduled my appointment for 1pm but it was actually at 11 am. They were able to get my cmtires changed as soon as i dropped it off and it was done in under 2 hours!! Will definitely be back

I always have a good experience taking both of my vehicles here. The guys are knowledgeable and kind.
